Report: Thousands of non-citizens PLAGUE PA voter rolls

A new report from the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) has found that tens of thousands of non-citizen voters have been potentially identified in several counties across the country, casting further doubt on the already tarnished election processes in America today, Just the News reported.

The outlet revealed that in 2017, a Philadelphia city commissioner told a Pennsylvania Senate committee that there were more than 100,000 voter registration matches to Pennsylvania driver’s license numbers that included indicators for the Immigration and Naturalization Service.

Even worse, non-citizens have been found on the voter rolls in North Carolina, Arizona’s Maricopa County, and Texas.

As reported by RSBN, Pennsylvania recently settled a lawsuit with constitutional watchdog group Judicial Watch, after finding 178,258 “ineligible” voter registrations. The state agreed to settle the case and pay $15,000 to Judicial Watch with the agreement that they would remove all erroneous voter registrations identified in the suit.

Per Just the News, most of the non-citizens on the Pennsylvania voter rolls are “motor voter registrations,” which means these individuals signed up to vote when they were submitting their driver’s license applications.[…]

In the Keystone State, election processes have become increasingly muddied over the past few years, as mail-in ballots have added a new level of complexity to vote counting. In November 2022, President Trump slammed the long-winded vote-counting process in the midterms, when then-Senate candidate Dr. Mehmet Oz was running for office.

Newly revealed documents and interviews with former Justice Department officials indicate that the investigation into the Clinton Foundation, focused on its interactions with foreign donors during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state, remained open for the majority of President Donald Trump’s administration.

The case was eventually closed just days before Trump left office, as detailed in closing documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, the New York Times reported on Monday.

The investigation, which had been a subject of intense scrutiny and campaign promises by Trump to “lock her up,” continued despite FBI agents and prosecutors leading it to a dead end. The prolonged investigation became a rallying cry for Republicans who anticipated finding evidence of corruption that would harm Clinton’s political prospects.

The scrutiny of the Clinton Foundation began in 2015 after the publication of “Clinton Cash: The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich” by conservative author Peter Schweizer. The book examined donations made by foreign entities to the foundation. Republicans accused Clinton of engaging in a quid pro quo by supporting the sale of Uranium One, a Canadian company connected to mining interests in the United States, to a Russian nuclear agency in exchange for substantial donations to the foundation.

The FBI initiated a preliminary investigation based on the book’s claims in 2016, but it relied on unverified hearsay information. Additional investigations were launched by the FBI in New York and Little Rock, Arkansas, based on confidential source reporting. However, the Justice Department expressed doubts about the validity of the investigations, causing frustration among FBI agents. Some prosecutors even believed that Schweizer’s book had been discredited.

Susie Gelman, a Levi Strauss heiress, has spent the past year or so relentlessly attacking the Israeli government: itself normally disqualifying for an ambassador to that government.

Gelman attacked the opening of the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem as “the highest level of brazen partisanship in U.S.-Israel relations since Prime Minister Netanyahu’s speech to a joint session of Congress in 2015 in which he expressed his opposition to the Iran nuclear deal.”

And Gelman shockingly described Israel’s Independence Day as “Nakba Day”, writing that, “the decision to open the embassy on the eve of Nakba Day [marking the founding of the State of Israel as a “catastrophe” to the Palestinians who fled or were displaced from their homes] was a needless provocation.”

She complained that opening the embassy had not been packaged with “acknowledging Palestinian aspirations for a capital in east Jerusalem”

The Gelmans have their own group, the Morningstar Foundation, which funds a variety of leftist causes, but also anti-Israel leftist groups, including Ir Amim and the New Israel Fund, but that’s mixed with funding for things like Birthright Israel.

Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo., blasted Democratic Senator John Fetterman’s “unbecoming” decision to attend a Senate press conference while wearing a hoodie and shorts.

“John Fetterman redefined Casual Friday on a Thursday morning,” Boebert wrote on Twitter. “It’s truly unbecoming for someone to show up like that to any job, let alone a job that only 100 people are elected to do.”

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is one of the Left’s premier, well-heeled, and most dishonest and ruthless attack dogs. It relentlessly smears legitimate conservative individuals and groups by labeling them as purveyors of “hate” and lumping them in with the likes of the KKK and neo-Nazis. Its name-calling and defamation would be just more of the same rubbish that comes daily from the Left were it not for the fact that the social media giants and numerous other major corporations still take the massively discredited SPLC seriously and use its smear pieces as a guide to shun and deplatform various dissenters from the Leftist agenda. So the SPLC sounds like the perfect organization for the Biden regime to work with, right? Oh, absolutely. Now this sinister and hateful group is partnering with the equally corrupt and politicized FBI.

The Daily Signal reported Sunday that the FBI “appears, at least briefly, to have joined the Southern Poverty Law Center’s attempt to demonize Roman Catholics who follow the church’s teachings on marriage and who celebrate the Latin Mass.” One of those Catholics, Michael J. Matt, editor of a newspaper called The Remnant and producer of Remnant TV, noted that his organization, which is not remotely connected with violence or terrorism, was listed on a “leaked FBI memo,”  along with other Catholic groups that he pointed out were “defunct.”

Matt declared that this was an example the “FBI phoning it in,” as its list of “radical-traditional Catholic hate groups” came from a 2007 list compiled by the SPLC’s Heidi Beirich and Rhonda Brownstein. Matt asked incredulously: “They took Heidi Beirich and Rhonda Brownstein’s word for it, from 2007?!” He added: “There has been an explosion of traditional Catholic groups since Pope Benedict XVI brought back the Latin Mass. None of the new groups who are in positions of real influence are targeted in the memo.” That’s good, but the fact that the FBI is working with the SPLC and targeting law-abiding citizens because it disapproves of their religious beliefs is disquieting enough.

The Daily Signal notes that the SPLC “has branded mainstream conservative and Christian nonprofits ‘hate groups,’ placing them on a map with chapters of the Ku Klux Klan.” This includes Jihad Watch and the American Freedom Defense Initiative, which have committed no offense other than standing for human rights for all people. The Signal goes on to note that “former employees have condemned the ‘hate’ labeling as a ‘highly profitable scam’ tracing back to the co-founder’s talents as a fundraiser. In 2019, the SPLC fired that co-founder amid a racial discrimination and sexual harassment scandal, the full truth of which has yet to be revealed.”

Nevertheless, “the FBI’s Richmond, Virginia, office cited the SPLC in a January memo, which the national FBI office publicly rescinded in February. That memo listed nine organizations, most of which the SPLC first added to the list of ‘hate groups’ in 2007. The SPLC suggested that those organizations espouse and support antisemitism, and it has kept most of them on the list and the ‘hate map’ for nearly two decades.”

The FBI is not just keeping a list. In early March, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) asked Gestapo chief Merrick Garland, “Are you cultivating sources and spies in Latin Mass parishes and other Catholic parishes around the country?” Garland pleaded innocent, insisting, “No, the Justice Department does not do that and does not, uh, um, do investigations based on religion.” But it later came to light — okay, get ready for the shock of your life — that Garland was lying. The feds did have informants in Catholic churches, snooping around and looking for evidence of that domestic terror threat that the Biden regime keeps insisting is the worst such threat we face today. Nor is there any indication that they’ve taken these spies out of the pews.

Fox News reported on April 10 that the FBI “recently sought to develop sources inside Christian churches and Catholic dioceses as part of an effort to combat domestic terrorism.” This was clear from internal FBI documents that the House Judiciary Committee released to the public. The documents reveal that the FBI was attempting to use “mainline Catholic parishes” as “new avenues for tripwire and source development.”

The feds wanted to educate sympathetic Catholics about “the warning signs of radicalization,” and then get them to help stop the rosary-praying terrorist by obtaining “their assistance to serve as suspicious activity tripwires.” This is nothing short of breathtaking in its resolute determination to construct a reality other than the one we happen to be living in. If there were a steady stream of terrorists routinely “radicalized” in Catholic churches and going out to bring the wrath of the Immaculate Heart of Mary upon the populace, there might be some justification for this program. As it was, it was plain and simple harassment and scapegoating of Christians.

This criminal regime will not stop with Christians, either.

Former Fox News prime-time host Tucker Carlson is more popular among Republicans than the network that fired him, according to a new poll out from Change Research. Carlson also beat out Twitter CEO Elon Musk.

Based on results from 404 likely Republican primary voters, Carlson scored a 59 percent net favorability rating. Musk trailed slightly behind him with 53 percent, and Fox News earned a negative 4 percent.

In polling reviewed by The Federalist, researchers found that the poll’s total group of respondents, which included Republicans, Democrats, and independents, gave former President Donald Trump and Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson the highest overall favorability ratings at 35 percent each. Among this total group, Carlson’s overall favorability rating was double that of Fox News.

Fox News fired Carlson in April, days after the network’s highest-rated host gave the keynote address at the Heritage Foundation’s 50th anniversary.

Carlson announced shortly after his termination from television that he would bring his show to Twitter.

“There aren’t many platforms left that allow free speech,” Carlson said in a three-minute video. “The last big one remaining in the world, the only one, is Twitter, where we are now.”

New BLM Rules On ‘Conservation Leases’ Will Fundamentally Transform Public Land Management

The new BLM rule introducing so-called conservation leasing will likely become the administration’s vehicle for locking up federal property.

he Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is preparing to fundamentally reshape how public lands are managed without congressional approval.

In March, the agency unveiled a sweeping proposal to establish a framework for “conservation leases” that places a newfound priority on preservation. The new Public Lands Rule presents a radical departure from the “multiple use mandate” Congress outlined for the agency in the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA).

New Rules Are a ‘Game Changer’

FLPMA requires federal lands to be used in ways that “best meet the present and future needs of the people.” The proposed rules from the federal bureau, which has 245 million acres under its jurisdiction, jeopardize access to public lands for grazing and development. Under the new framework for conservation leasing, parcels of federal property could be leased out by third-party NGOs that cut off any other uses for decades.

David McDonald, an attorney with the Rocky Mountain Legal Foundation, called BLM’s new rules a “game changer” for how public lands are managed.

“Under this regulation, ‘conservation’ would be a ‘use’ just like mining or timber,” McDonald told The Federalist, adding that “the devil is in the details.”

While the BLM summary of the proposed rules repeatedly claims that conservation is merely being elevated to be “on par” with and not above activities such as grazing, mining, and logging, the text includes definitions that reveal ulterior motives. The rules outline new protections with vague terms such as “landscapes” and require officials to “prioritize protection of such landscapes” in leasing decisions. The text in the federal register also makes repeated references to analyzing “cumulative impacts” in decision-making, a phrase often embedded in climate regulation only to be weaponized by radical green NGOs to shut down projects the environmental lobby opposes.

“This is an attempt by the Biden administration to end multiple use on public lands,” William Perry Pendley, who led the BLM during the Trump administration, told The Federalist. “It’s all part of their 30 for 30 program.”

In 2021, President Joe Biden announced efforts to lock up 30 percent of American lands and waterways by 2030. The new BLM rule to introduce conservation leasing will likely become the administration’s primary vehicle for the initiative.

Other problematic areas of the proposal include vague references to prioritizing “ecosystem resilience” and the implementation of “indigenous knowledge” into analyses that can’t be tested.

“Consistent with applicable law and the management of the area, authorized officers would also be required to avoid authorizing any use of the public lands that permanently impairs ecosystem resilience,” the agency rules state. “Permanent impairment of ecosystem resilience would be difficult or impossible to avoid, for example, on lands on which the BLM has authorized intensive uses, including infrastructure and energy projects or mining, or where BLM has limited discretion to condition or deny the use.”

• polyethylene terephthalate (PET): present in clothing, beverage, and food containers
• resin: a constituent of protective coating and paints
• polyethylene (PE): a component of food wrappers, milk containers, toys, and detergent bottles

In 2020, the amount of disposable face masks littered into the environment increased by a staggering 9000 percent. Billions of people strapped polypropylene masks to their faces every day for two years and sucked their air through plastic fibers for 8 hours or more. To not have discovered plastic in lungs would have been surprising.

The confirmation of microplastics in the lungs also backs up a study conducted in 2020 which predicted a microplastic inhalation risk posed by wearing masks.

GOP Representative Anna Paulina Luna Submits House Resolution to Expel Serial Liar Rep. Adam Schiff from Congress

On Wednesday, Representative Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fl) introduced a House Resolution to expel Russia hoaxer and serial liar Adam Schiff (D-CA).

Rep. Adam Schiff pushed the Trump-Russia collusion hoax for years claiming he had evidence of the collusion. This was a lie.

This week, Special Counsel John Durham’s report revealed that there was never any evidence of Trump-Russia collusion. It was all manufactured by Hillary Clinton, leadership in the FBI, and the DOJ.

The Gateway Pundit reported that House Speaker Kevin McCarthy considered removing Russia hoaxer and serial liar Adam Schiff (D-CA) from Congress as well as pursuing possible criminal charges following the release of the Durham Report.

“You had Adam Schiff, who was chairman of the Intel Committee, lying day after day to the American public that he had proof, that he knew the proof,” McCarthy said. “Now we’re finding in the Durham Report his own staff are threatened witnesses. I mean, why is this individual still even in Congress? And why does he think he can even run for higher office after what he did?”

“Now, it’s time that people have consequences for their actions, and you’ve got to clean this up where this can never happen again. When you talk about the threat to democracy, this is exactly what we’re talking about,” he added.

Rep. Paulina introduced a House Resolution Wednesday to expel Schiff from Congress, saying, “Schiff lied to the American people. He used his position on House Intel to push a lie that cost American taxpayers millions of dollars.”

“He is a dishonor to the House of Representatives,” Rep. Luna added.

“Knowingly using your position on House Intel to push a lie that ripped apart our country, cost taxpayers millions of dollars, and authorized spying on a US President and then proceeding to double down on the lie within days of the Durham report coming out makes you unfit for office. Ethics should investigate,” Luna tweeted.

Intel Agencies Massively Undercounted Searches On Americans Under FISA Surveillance Rule, Report Finds

U.S. intelligence agencies undercounted the number of searches conducted on Americans through a controversial warrantless search law by 4,185, about one-third of the actual total, in 2018, according to a report released Friday.

Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Section 702 allows U.S. intelligence agencies gathering data on Americans without a warrant as a consequence of surveilling foreign “targets” abroad, conducting several thousand searches each year. The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) discovered “previously unrecognized counting errors” on the number of searches, or “queries,” conducted under Section 702 going back to 2017, according to the office’s 2022 annual transparency report on the Intelligence Community’s use of FISA authorities.

Previous reports recorded 9,707 so-called “queries” of Americans in 2018, but rectifying the counting error brought the number to 13,892, according to the report. There is not a one-to-one correlation between queries and individuals targeted; multiple searches may be conducted implicating a single person.

The National Security Agency (NSA) “engaged in a thorough search to identify any previously unreported U.S. person query terms,” the report stated.

Errors included “approved U.S. person query terms that had been under-counted as a consequence of their classification and training for new personnel” as well as “approved U.S. person query terms that had been over-counted as a result of NSA’s counting methodology,” the report found.

Other years recorded smaller over or under-counts; the National Security Agency, which conducts queries along with the FBI, found that it overcounted the number by 830 in 2017, 77 in 2019 and 384 in 2021, while it undercounted by 64 in 2020.

The number of non-U.S. persons targeted under Section 702 rose from 232,432 in 2021 to 246,073 in 2022, which is in keeping with past trends, according to the report.

Overall, intelligence agencies conducted 4,684 queries on U.S. persons in 2022, down from 8,406 in 2021 and 7,282 in 2020, according to the report. In addition, agencies gathered metadata (referred to as “non-contents”) on U.S. persons with 3,656 queries.
