What funeral directors know that you don’t

In 78 years, they never had a 15 year old who died from a heart attack. In December 2022, they had 1 a week for three weeks straight. Nobody is talking about it publicly.

Executive summary

Ever since the vaccines rolled out, deaths are up, particularly among young people.

I talked to the owner of many funeral homes across the US; collectively they handle over 3,000 funerals a year. He asked that his name be kept confidential for fear of retribution.

Overall, their business is up by 50% after the vaccines rolled out and it’s not proportional… young people are a greater portion of the deaths.

For example pilot deaths at Southwest Airlines are up six-fold after the vaccines were mandated.

My source said that normally they’d see 1 stillbirth/month pre-vaccine. After the vaccines rolled out, they were seeing as many as 12 stillbirths a month. But they noted that many hospitals will dispose of these cases directly and NOT involve the funeral home, so they are only seeing a fraction of these deaths; the actual increase could be much larger than the 12X increase they observed.

In the 78 years they’ve been in business, they can’t recall ever having seen a 15-year old die from a heart attack. In December 2022, they had 1 a week for three weeks straight.

A very experienced nurse I consulted had never even heard of a 15-year old with a heart attack in her entire career. Now, she hears of these cases on a regular basis.

These funeral homes are also seeing the strange rubbery clots that they’ve never seen before.

The medical examiner was called and verified it, but nobody is saying anything publicly for fear of being fired.

Basically, ever since 2021, they have been seeing very strange things: stillbirths, number of “found dead,” healthy people having heart attacks and strokes, blood clots, etc. They’ve never seen anything like that before; it’s a “noticeable” difference.

Like most funeral homes, they don’t tally statistics but they remember the anecdotes. The most noticeable thing is that the events are happening disproportionally to younger people (i.e., people under 65).

So if elderly deaths are only up by 15%, but younger age groups are increased by 100% or more, the overall all-cause mortality for all ages will only increase modestly (since younger people rarely die).

Also, the CDC stats for 2022 say that the data is not fully reported due to reporting delays. This means checking with funeral directors is a way to estimate what is happening in real-time.

Bottom line: everyone knows what is causing this, but they are all afraid to speak out. For the few who do speak out, their stories are never covered in the mainstream media.

If kids dying of heart attacks are up by 100X over normal, why aren’t we seeing it in the all-cause mortality stats for young people?

It’s simple… kids under 16 dying from heart attacks pre-vax is nearly 0. So even after a 100X increase, it’s still a negligible number compared to overall all-cause child deaths (from accidents, cancer, etc).

So this is why you can have dramatic increases in key categories of death, even though the all-cause death rates for the larger category aren’t significantly increased.

However, despite this, the most important thing is the all-cause mortality numbers for everyone, and those are still up, which is very unusual as noted here.

The Covid-19 vaccine has been formally added to the routine immunization schedule for children ages 6 months and older by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

It has been made clear that Covid-19 has very little, if any, impact on children, posing no threat to them if they do not have a condition that puts them at high risk.

Additionally, the vaccinations have repeatedly proven themselves to be ineffective at preventing infection and the spread of Covid-19. Vaccinated individuals have also had very adverse reactions to the vaccine.

Therefore, mandating them for children would pose more threat to them than if they just got Covid-19 and developed natural immunity, especially since they would get it even if they were vaccinated.

In reference to the CDC’s announcement about the addition of the Covid vaccine to the 2023 child and adolescent immunization schedule, Dr. Neil Murthy and Dr. A. Patricia Wodi said, “This means COVID-19 vaccine is now presented as any other routinely recommended vaccine and is no longer presented in a special “call out” box as in previous years. This, in a sense, helps ‘normalize’ this vaccine and sends a powerful message to both healthcare providers and the general public that everyone ages 6 months and older should stay up to date with recommended COVID-19 vaccines (including a booster, when eligible), just as they would with any other routinely recommended vaccine.”

An all-ages drag show was held at the London Bridge resort in Lake Havasu City, Arizona on February 4th. Prior to the event taking place, protestors in the community made their voices heard and caused public discussion about children attending sexualized drag shows. The protestors made it clear they weren’t necessarily against drag shows but against children attending. Protestors compared the drag show to strip clubs where attendees must be adults. Of course, the local news ran with the leftist framed story, which goes something like “bigots hate trans people,” which isn’t the case.

NBC’s Chuck Todd asks Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg why President Biden hasn’t been getting credit from the public for his achievements in office.

The Department of Transportation announced Thursday that it will award $662 million in grant funding to fix up the nation’s port infrastructure, but only if those ports advance ESG-style goals such as “equity,” “environmental justice” and serving underserved communities.

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg said America’s ports “play a central role in our supply chains” and that the grant funding will help ensure that battered U.S. supply chains are strengthened and the U.S. is positioned for “economic success.” Most of the funding announced was made available through the $1 trillion infrastructure law that President Joe Biden signed in 2021.

But decisions to release these grants, which will be distributed under the department’s Maritime Administration (MARAD), will also depend on other factors that have nothing to do with unclogging supply chains and moving goods efficiently to customers.

According to MARAD’s announcement of the grants, officials will “seek to award projects” consistent with Biden’s 2021 executive order on “Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government.”

“The Department also seeks to award projects that address equity and environmental justice, particularly for communities that have experienced decades of underinvestment and are most impacted by climate change, pollution, and environmental hazards,” consistent with another Biden order on “Tackling the Climate Crisis at Home and Abroad.”

The notice added that the department “intends to use” the funding to support “the free and fair choice to join a union and the incorporation of strong labor standards.”

It instructs applicants to explain “how their project will include an equity assessment that evaluates whether a project will create proportional impacts and remove transportation-related disparities to all populations in a project area.”

The notice said the administration’s “Justice40” initiative must also be satisfied by port projects, a reference to the administration’s goal of making sure that 40% of certain federal programs flow to “underserved communities.”

“MARAD will consider the extent to which projects advance equity and Justice40 to promote fairness and opportunity and may prioritize those projects that receive higher ratings under this selection consideration,” it said.

The Physicians Committee of Responsible Medicine, an animal-welfare advocacy group, said it obtained emails and other documents that suggest unsafe packaging and movement of implants removed from the brains of monkeys

The U.S. Department of Transportation said on Thursday it is investigating Elon Musk’s brain-implant company Neuralink over the potentially illegal movement of hazardous pathogens.

A Department of Transportation spokesperson told Reuters about the probe after the Physicians Committee of Responsible Medicine (PCRM), an animal-welfare advocacy group, wrote to Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg earlier on Thursday to alert it of records it obtained on the matter.

PCRM said it obtained emails and other documents that suggest unsafe packaging and movement of implants removed from the brains of monkeys. These implants may have carried infectious diseases in violation of federal law, PCRM said.

The Department of Transportation spokesperson said the agency took PCRM’s allegations “very seriously.”

“We are conducting an investigation to ensure that Neuralink is in full compliance with federal regulations and keeping their workers and the public safe from potentially dangerous pathogens,” the spokesperson said.

Representatives for Neuralink, including Musk, did not respond to comment requests.

The Department of Transportation probe adds to the scrutiny facing Neuralink, which is developing a brain implant it hopes will help paralyzed people walk again and cure other neurological ailments.

In December, Reuters reported that Neuralink has been under a federal investigation over potential animal welfare violations and that some of its staff made internal complaints about experiments being rushed, causing needless suffering and deaths.

The letter said records that the group obtained showed instances of pathogens, such as antibiotic-resistant staphylococcus and herpes B virus, that may have been transported without proper containment measures.

Just this month, the Arab League called for an end to Jewish worship on the Temple Mount, stating “Al-Aqsa and Haram al-Sharif in all its area is a sole place of worship for Muslims”; and the UAE, a party to the Abraham Accords, canceled participation in a planned Israel Independence Day flyover due to the Temple Mount riots.

The trope that Jews are trying to seize and desecrate Muslim holy sites — “Judaizing the Temple Mount”– has been used to foment violence since the 1920s. If Israel is “Judaizing” the Temple Mount, it is certainly taking its sweet time. One might even argue that Israel is going about it all wrong.

Can Israel be guilty of “Judaizing” the Temple Mount when it continues to prohibit Jews from saying prayers on the site, and severely limits the hours when Jews can visit, while ensuring that Muslims can visit at any time and say their prayers in Al-Aqsa Mosque and all over the 35-acre compound?

For instance, when the Ottomans conquered Constantinople, they did not work out a deal by which Eastern Orthodox clerics and Byzantine authorities retained control over the Hagia Sophia. They just conquered it and converted it into a mosque. Israel by contrast won control of the Temple Mount in a defensive war, after imploring Jordan not to attack. Upon its military victory, Israel then gave control over the Temple Mount to the Jordanian Waqf. There is no historical precedent in which a militarily victorious country made such a concession to a vanquished foe. One might have expected that the world would credit Israel for its tolerance.

Today, the concepts of human rights, dignity, equality, and tolerance are thankfully considered to be paramount in most of the world. The demand to bar only Jewish worship at a site that is sacred to multiple religions is akin to the worst examples of segregation. Jewish worshipers on the Temple Mount are not guilty of disrupting Muslim prayer. They are not the ones rioting, shouting, burning tires, throwing rocks, or even murdering worshipers. Indeed, neither Jews nor Israel even consider banning Muslim worshipers from the holy site.

While most controversial issues in the Middle East have some shade of gray, this is one of the most black and white ethical dilemmas. Jews want to pray and let Muslims pray. Those manufacturing a crisis want the Jews banned, period.

Unfortunately, many international leaders and the international media outlets automatically blame Israel and thus, peaceful Jewish worship, for the tension. Even the US State Department called upon Israel to defuse tensions caused by Arab rioting on the Temple Mount. It is amazing that this centuries-old excuse for violence still bears weight.

Israel cannot allow bigots to control the narrative around the Temple Mount, and it is high time its leaders get out in front with a well-articulated explanation. While many Jews and Israeli officials have made this case, Israel’s leadership must make an articulate, public, and unapologetic case to its Arab neighbors and the world, that it respects religious freedom, demands that same respect, and explains that it is those perpetrating violence who are truly desecrating this holy site. This is urgently needed, not just to combat antisemitism and anti-Israel sentiment, but to save the hopeful promise of the Abraham Accords.

Among his first acts, returning Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should address the world on the subject of the Temple Mount. He should say something like this:

“Both Jews and Muslims deserve equal measures of religious freedom. That means they should have equal rights to pray at the sites both regard as holy. For too long, Israel itself has denied Jews the right to pray on the Temple Mount, despite its being the holiest site in Judaism. There are no such restrictions on Muslims, nor should there be. But it is only fair that Jews have the same rights to pray on the Mount as Muslims possess, and furthermore, that their access no longer be so severely restricted in time. And no one should expect the government of Israel to turn a blind eye to the desecration of Al-Aqsa when it is used not for the purposes of worship, but as a storehouse of weapons and a hideout for fighters. We will continue to protect the sacred character of the Temple Mount for both Muslims and Jews. That is my solemn promise.”

April 2022 Paper By China’s People’s Liberation Army: Military Can Use Balloons To Test Enemy Air Defenses; Following U.S. Downing Of Spy Balloon, Chinese Government Media Confirmed This

In April 2022, the China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) published a paper that focused on “special aircraft” and concluded that balloons could be used by the military to test enemy air defenses. Following the U.S.’s February 4, 2023 downing, over the Atlantic Ocean, of the Chinese spy balloon that had crossed over the country over the course of a week, official Chinese media said that the incident confirmed that airships can be part of China’s air strategy and mocked the U.S. for, it said, spending spent over $1.4 million to pop a $50 balloon. Social media users also commented on the incident; a Weibo user wrote a post titled “An Unmanned Airship Causes The Collapse of Myth of the North American Air Defense System.”

PLA Paper From April 2022: Balloons Can Be Used To “Suppress Enemy Air Defense Early Warning Systems And Shield Air Attack Forces To Carry Out Their Missions”

A paper published in April 2022 by People’s Liberation Army (PLA) focused on “special aircraft” and concluded that one of the useful military applications of balloons would be to “suppress enemy air defense early warning systems and shield air attack forces to carry out their missions.” It stated:

“(Balloons can) induce and mobilize the enemy’s air defense system, providing the conditions for the implementation of electronic reconnaissance, assessment of air defense systems’ early warning detection and operational response capabilities.

“In response to the growing threat posed by ground-based air defense systems to air attack forces, it is necessary to use cheap air balloons to create active and passive interference to effectively suppress enemy air defense early warning systems and shield air attack forces to carry out their missions.”

Chinese Military Expert: The Incident Confirms That Airships Can Become Part Of China’s Air Strategy

On February 5, after the balloon was shot down, the official Chinese media Guancha.cn published an article titled “The Airship Was Shot Down And Has Fulfilled An Amazing Strategy Research Article Published Nine Years Ago.”The article was written by Wang Xiangsui, a retired senior Chinese Air Force colonel who is currently a professor at Beihang University, the director of the Center for Strategic Studies, and the head of the Academic Research Department of the National Security Policy Committee of the China Society of Policy Science. Wang has long worked on military and strategic issues, and he co-authored, with General Qiao Liang, a famous book titled Transfinite Warfare.

In the article, Wang wrote that the incident confirms his contention in a 2014 paper titled “Innovating Air Defense Systems: Long Stays in the Air and Instant Strikes,” in which he wrote that “airships that can stay in the air for long periods of time hold the best hope of becoming the core of a new generation of air defense systems.”

Notably, the key research conclusion in his 2014 paper was: “Compared with the F-22 fighter jet of the United States, which has achieved technical success but failed in cost and effectiveness ratio, the technology price of airship is relatively lower, the effective load is larger, and can achieve lasting stay in the air. It is also a typical dual-use technology of military and civilian, so it can become the best choice for China to build its domestic air defense system. In fact, the United States is a typical country that has developed airship technology and used airships for military reconnaissance for a long time.”

Official CCP Website: The U.S. Spent Over $1.4 Million To Pop A Civilian Balloon That Costs $50 Online

The CCP’s official Sina.com website published an article titled “The U.S. Spent 9.55 Million Yuan [$1.47 million] to Blow Up China’s Stray Balloon; The Balloon Cost Only 350 Yuan [$50] on Taobao.com.”

According to the article, the downed Chinese balloon was developed by Zhuzhou Rubber Institute in Hunan Province, which has developed high-altitude balloons that can fly up to 48,000 meters. The article states: “On Taobao’s Zhuzhou Rubber Institute online store, a balloon that can fly 30,000 meters in the air costs only 350 yuan [approximately $50]. The Chinese airship that strayed into the U.S., equipped with some scientific equipment, was certainly more expensive, but probably not too expensive. It has to be said here that ‘Made in China’ is impressive in bringing so low the cost of high-altitude balloons. Reports say that it took three AIM-9X Sidewinder missiles from an F-22 stealth fighter jet to bring the balloon down. One AIM-9X costs $472,000, costing about $1.41 million for three. The United States spent more than $1 million to pop a civilian balloon. Is this for self-defense, or to win back a little bit of face?”

United is the first major airline to have its own flight school, opening Aviate Academy in December. The airline says 80% of the first class, of which Foster and Arroyo are a part, are women or people of color, because United says it is committed to ensuring that at least half of its Aviate pilot candidates are women or people of color.

You’re eligible to apply for United Aviate Academy if you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident (we do not sponsor foreign visas)
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Most major commercial airlines require a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university along with these flight ratings: you must have a minimum of 1,500 hours of flight time, be over the age of 23 and be able to pass a 1st Class Medical exam.

Was there a lowering of standards to get these people into commercial aviation? Do we really want less qualified pilots flying us because they are more “representative” than white males?

Traditionally, airlines looked to the military to provide a steady stream of qualified candidates. Civilian pilots had to come to the table with thousands of flying hours cobbled together on their own — the Federal Aviation Administration requires a minimum of 1,500 hours of piloting experience to earn an Airline Transport Pilot certificate.

First Class Graduates From United Flight School

United Airlines has graduated its first class of new pilots from its Aviate Academy in Arizona. The first class of 51 new pilots, 80 percent of them women or people of color, got their wings earlier this week. United wants to crank out 5,000 new pilots from the school over the next seven years and it wants at least half of them to be female and/or people of color. It called the graduation “an important step towards training the next generation of talented, qualified, and motivated aviators.”

Aviate graduates don’t go directly to the flight deck of an airliner. Many will become instructors at the academy to build the balance of the 1,500 hours they need to become an FO. Others will build time at Embry-Riddle, Purdue and Hampton Universities, which are affiliated with Aviate. United says it will take graduates about six years to finally get in the right seat of a United Express aircraft or take other roles within the organization. United says it needs about 10,000 pilots over the next seven years.

The Year America’s Basic Systems Started To Crumble

Chaos in Washington, madness at the airport, holiday hangovers: The first month of 2023 was familiar enough. What might seem less familiar to Americans, however, are the cracks appearing in our walls.

Sure, Americans have long felt a decline — maybe a few shifts in the foundations; the yearly polls on trust in major institutions reflect that well enough. You might hear an uncle who says, “Wall Street’s a bunch of crooks!” or a neighbor who notices, “Washington politicians are only in it for themselves,” or even an old classmate who thinks, “Colleges are just a bunch of crazy activists these days,” but the complaints largely ended with the complaints themselves. Everything still worked well enough.

And then it didn’t.

While politicians, “the experts,” and their friends in corporate media managed to muddy the waters in the first year of lockdowns, by 2021 everyday Americans felt like they’d earned the right to wonder why their kindergarteners were in masks, or their local teachers still refused to teach. Modern homeschooling flourished like never before, while enrollment in Catholic schools increased for the first time in decades.

The easy and pervasive idea that you could drop your kids off at school and expect they’d get an education like you did back in the day was dead. The assumption that you could trust the hospital administrator went out with the idea that you could trust your favorite news anchor. Hell, even pastors and funeral directors stood in the way of the business of life, death, and salvation.

But these were just people, most reasoned; or at least these were just institutions. And anyway, these were “unprecedented times” and “we’re all in this together.” “The pendulum will swing back,” Americans confidently predicted. “This craziness will pass.”

Today, in the first month of 2023, we don’t have the luxury of thinking it’s all going to get better. Because far from the year America changed course and settled into “normalcy,” 2022 was the year the basic, behind-the-scenes systems we all count on started to break down.

People struggled to buy a car. Baby formula moved behind locked counters, where the cigarettes used to be sold. Baby aspirin and other simple medicines were in such high demand, friends and neighbors worked together to supply the most vulnerable. Container ships backed up for weeks while their contents rotted. Diesel shortages threatened the lifeblood of the American economy.

Even if you don’t have an infant or a child looking for medicine, even if you didn’t see the ships lining up the California coast or the Chesapeake Bay, or missed the growing unease in the trucking industry, you might have noticed the cost of meat fluctuating so greatly that some local restaurants charged “market price” for chicken fingers. Or maybe you noticed condiments and other basic items were out of stock in the fast food joints across your town. Or maybe a friend texted you to please keep an eye out for a certain type of formula for his baby daughter, who needs it.

The point is: “Good Morning America” could ignore it all they liked, but you noticed.

State Department Offers ‘Free Speech’ Grants Only to Woke Activists

The U.S. State Department is pretending to offer grants for proponents of free speech while disqualifying anyone who disagrees with their woke agenda.

If your “speech” promotes biological males playing women’s sports, abortion-on-demand, and the sexual indoctrination of six-year-olds, the State Department is offering $750,000 grants to help you stamp out the free speech of anyone who disagrees with you.

If you want government funding, your free-speech initiative “should include women and girls in all their diversity; LGBTQI+ persons, transgender or gender-diverse persons in particular; migrants; members of marginalized racial, ethnic, and Indigenous communities, religious minority group members; and others targeted by anti-rights actors,” the State Department stipulates.

In its Notice of Funding Opportunity “Ensuring Freedom of Expression for Vulnerable and Marginalized Populations Responding to Anti-Rights Efforts and Targeted Attacks,” the State Department notes that grants will only be given to those whose programs “have strong support from and participation by lesbian and bisexual women, transgender and intersex individuals, and other gender diverse persons.”

Strong proposals, it states, “will include a strong gender analysis that looks at the unique needs of women and girls, including lesbian and bisexual women, as well as transgender, intersex, and other gender diverse and gender non-conforming persons, women of color, women with disabilities, and/or women who experience multiple and intersecting human rights violations and abuse.”

Despite its stated aim of funding projects seeking to promote and protect “Freedom of Expression,” the State Department makes clear that it will only fund projects promoting a very specific type of speech: that which advocates for radical LGBT goals and the pro-abortion movement.

The initiative seems to focus on measures taken by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R), especially his resistance to child sexual indoctrination, since he appears to be a probable threat to a Democrat run for the White House in 2024.

The survey shows that we are raising the most speech-intolerant generation in our history. It is not enough to protest, you must silence speakers and prevent access to lectures. It is the face of the new American orthodoxy that has taken hold of our institutions of high education (Jonathan Turley)

n August 2021 a University of Chicago professor named Dorian Abbot co-wrote an opinion piece for Newsweek questioning the value of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts on college campuses. Here’s a bit of what he wrote:

The underlying premise of DEI is that any statistical difference between group representation on campus and national averages reflects systemic injustice and discrimination by the university itself. The magnitude of the distortions is significant: for some job searches discrimination rises to the level of implicitly or explicitly excluding applicants from certain groups.

DEI violates the ethical and legal principle of equal treatment. It entails treating people as members of a group rather than as individuals, repeating the mistake that made possible the atrocities of the 20th century. It requires being willing to tell an applicant “I will ignore your merits and qualifications and deny you admission because you belong to the wrong group, and I have defined a more important social objective that justifies doing so.” It treats persons as merely means to an end, giving primacy to a statistic over the individuality of a human being.

That all sounds perfectly reasonable to me but as you can imagine it inspired woke outrage from people determined to cancel him. So when he was invited to give a prestigious lecture at MIT a group of students and and alumni demanded he be disinvited. After about a week, professor Abbot received a call from MIT saying his lecture had been canceled.

Last December, MIT tried to redeem itself by issuing a strong statement in defense of free speech.

A commitment to free expression includes hearing and hosting speakers, including those whose views or opinions may not be shared by many members of the MIT community and may be harmful to some. This commitment includes the freedom to criticize and peacefully protest speakers to whom one may object, but it does not extend to suppressing or restricting such speakers from expressing their views. Debate and deliberation of controversial ideas are hallmarks of the Institute’s educational and research missions and are essential to the pursuit of truth, knowledge, equity, and justice.

All of that sounds good but it turns out a majority of MIT students don’t believe it. Today Jonathan Turley wrote about a recent survey of students and professors carried out by the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE).

The survey found that roughly 25 percent of faculty reported they are “very” or “extremely” likely to self-censor. Forty percent of faculty are “more” or “much more” likely to self-censor on campus now than in 2020. It further found that 32 percent of students and 41 percent of faculty “agree that the administration’s stance on free speech is not clear.”

There should never be any such widespread doubt on the position of free speech on a campus. It should be clear and unambiguous. However, almost half of the faculty are unsure. The reason is obvious after the Abbot disaster. The university leadership is clearly not viewed as a reliable ally in free speech fights. It is one thing to mouth free speech values. It is entirely a different thing to stand by a faculty member’s free speech and academic freedom rights when a flash mob forms around a cancel campaign.

Only 14 percent of MIT faculty believe that it is “extremely likely” or “very likely” that the university would stand by a faculty member in a controversy over controversial speech. That is an indictment of the entire university administration and the university board.  What is notable with this data is that only a small percentage (if any) of faculty self-identify as Republican or conservative. Yet, a significant percentage still fear speaking openly in their own classes or on campuses.

Yet, what is most striking is the attitude of the students who have been taught for years that free speech is harmful. Seventy-seven percent of students believe that it is acceptable to shout down speakers with opposing views to prevent others from hearing them. Another 52% believe it is acceptable to physically block access to such events or speakers. That is the result of the new orthodoxy taught in our school system where free speech is viewed as harmful.

The New Climate Pause lengthens again: 101 months and counting …

The gentle warming of recent decades, during which nearly all of our influence on global temperature has arisen, is a very long way below what was originally predicted – and still is predicted.

In IPCC (1990), on the business-as-usual Scenario A emissions scenario that is far closer to outturn than B, C or D, predicted warming to 2100 was 0.3 [0.2, 0.5] K decade–1, implying 3 [2, 5] K ECS, just as IPCC (2021) predicts. Yet in the 33 years since 1990 the real-world warming rate has been only 0.137 K decade–1, showing practically no acceleration compared with the 0.134 K decade–1 over the whole 44-year period since 1978.

The New Pause lengthens again: 101 months and counting …

As the third successive year of la Niña settles into its stride, the New Pause has lengthened by another month (and very nearly by two months). There has been no trend in the UAH global mean lower-troposphere temperature anomalies since September 2014: 8 years 5 months and counting.

As always, the New Pause is not a prediction: it is a measurement. It represents the farthest back one can go using the world’s most reliable global mean temperature dataset without finding a warming trend.

The sheer frequency and length of these Pauses provide a graphic demonstration, readily understandable to all, that It’s Not Worse Than We Thought – that global warming is slow, small, harmless and, on the evidence to date at any rate, strongly net-beneficial.

Again as always, here is the full UAH monthly-anomalies dataset since it began in December 1978. The uptrend remains steady at 0.134 K decade–1.

Ahlam Al-Tamimi is the Palestinian terrorist who masterminded the suicide bombing at the Sbarro pizzeria in Jerusalem in 2001, killing 15 people and injuring 130 wounded. Jordan has so far refused, and the Bidenites, instead of pressuring Jordan economically, have steadily increased aid to Jordan, so much so that it is now the second-largest recipient of aid from the U.S.

The US government continues to seek her extradition and the Government of Jordan’s assistance in bringing her to justice for her role in the heinous attack,” the US National Security Council said in a statement in July.

For Roth, such responses are woefully insufficient.

“What does ‘continues to seek’ mean in these circumstances?” he said. “This isn’t Saddam Hussein that you’re trying to bring to comply with your request. You have to ask yourself, why is it that on the one hand, the United States keeps saying we really, really want to bring her to justice – and at the same time, it keeps praising Jordan to the skies and keeps pumping money to the point where Jordan has now gone on [sic] top of the list? You don’t need to be obsessive to step back from that and say, ‘this is really weird.’”

It’s called hypocrisy. The Bidenites keep assuring the Roths that they are doing their utmost to persuade Jordan to extradite Al-Tamimi, but instead of using the only leverage they have – which is to cut aid to Jordan – they keep increasing that aid, until Jordan has become the second-highest recipient of American aid. As a result, Amman is convinced that the Americans aren’t serious about wanting Al-Tamimi back. Some may suspect that in the American government, there are those who worry that if she is put on trial in the U.S., sympathetic terrorists will strike inside our country, and that the satisfaction of putting Al-Tamimi behind bars is outweighed by the need to avoid terrorist attacks in response to her trial, sentencing, and incarceration.

Since Jordan refused to hand Tamimi over, US aid to the Kingdom continues to flow despite a provision in recent spending bills that no assistance be provided to countries refusing to honor extradition treaties for crimes that carry the death penalty or a life sentence, as Tamimi’s does.

The flow of American aid to Jordan hasn’t stopped, or slowed; it has instead steadily increased. And this is done, some argue, in defiance of “the provision in recent spending bills that no assistance be provided to countries refusing to honor extradition treaties.” Jordan’s reply is that since its parliament failed to ratify the 1995 extradition treaty with the U.S., it cannot be faulted for failing to honor a treaty that never came into being. But Congress can rewrite that provision to include the case where no extradition treaty has come into effect: “No assistance should be provided to countries that refuse to honor requests for extradition of those accused of crimes that carry the death penalty or a life sentence.”

Ben Fishman, a Senior Fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, described to The Algemeiner why Congress continues to provide massive amounts of aid to Jordan.

“I would characterize [the US-Jordan strategic relationship] as strongly bipartisan,” Fishman said. “There’s a lot of sympathy for Jordan’s position and a willingness to support Jordan with both aid and strategic elements of our diplomacy to make sure that Jordan is as stable as possible. In part, because an unstable Jordan reflects an unstable region and ultimately is bad for Israel.”

Why is there such indulgent attitude toward Amman? An “unstable” Jordan just might be “bad for Israel”— it’s not certain – but what is certain is that allowing a mass-murdering terrorist to escape justice, by letting her remain in Jordan where she is feted and lionized, will make life more dangerous for Israelis, as young Palestinians strive to emulate Ahlam Al-Tamimi.

Roth, however, believes that successive US administrations have lacked the willpower to force Jordan’s hand in demanding Tamimi’s extradition.

“The United States holds all of the cards in this relationship and never wants to own up to it,” he said.

But why not? It’s an odd, inexplicable, counterproductive stand.

The Biden administration on Thursday released from Guantánamo Bay a former courier for the al Qaeda terrorist group, two decades after he was arrested for his participation in terrorist plots including a deadly Indonesia bombing.

Biden Regime Quietly Frees One of 9/11 Terrorist Planners from Gitmo as the Whole Country Watches the Chinese Spy Balloon

As the whole country was preoccupied with the Chinese spy balloon last week, one of the 9/11 terrorist planners was quietly released from Guantanamo Bay in Cuba by the Biden regime.

On Thursday, Majid Khan, now 42, was moved to Belize, his legal team announced.

“Today, more than 16 years after he was brought to Guantánamo Bay and almost a year after he completed a military commission sentence there, pursuant to a plea and cooperation agreement with U.S. authorities, Majid Khan was transferred to Belize,” his legal team said in a statement.

Khan is one of the few detainees to be relocated to the Western Hemisphere and the first to be resettled under the Biden regime.

“He is the first of the prisoners transferred from secret CIA detention to Guantánamo in September 2006 to be released, and the first third-country resettlement by the Biden administration. Mr. Khan and his legal team are deeply grateful to Belize for offering him a chance to begin a new life.”

“I deeply regret the things that I did many years ago, and I have taken responsibility and tried to make up for them. I continue to ask for forgiveness from God and those I have hurt. I am truly sorry. The world has changed a lot in 20 years, and I have changed a lot as well. I promise all of you, especially the people of Belize, that I will be a productive, law-abiding member of society. Thank you for believing in me, and I will not let you down. My actions will speak louder than my words.”

Around a dozen countries were contacted by the Biden administration in an effort to provide Khan a new home, according to NBC.

According to two U.S. sources, Secretary of State Antony Blinken was “personally involved” in negotiating the deal with Belize. A senior State Department official said the matter was discussed during a September meeting with the Belizean prime minister.

Not only that, two high-ranking U.S. officials and a former high-ranking government official told NBC that at least two more detainees will be moved from Gitmo in the coming weeks.

Majid Khan was released in Belize roughly one year after the end of his sentence. His release from the Guantánamo detention center, where he was a “high-value” prisoner, was delayed because of difficulty finding a country willing to resettle him, the Washington Post reported.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Thursday described Khan’s release as part of the administration’s “deliberate and thorough process, focused on responsibly reducing the detainee population” at Guantánamo Bay.

The Saudi Arabia-born Khan lived in Maryland before moving to Pakistan and working with al Qaeda. Khan dealt with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who orchestrated the 9/11 attacks, and participated in the logistics of terrorist plots—couriering $50,000 to terrorists who killed 12 in a 2003 hotel bombing in Indonesia, the Post reported. He was captured in Pakistan in 2003.

Khan expressed contrition for his participation in terrorist plots, saying through a statement released by his lawyers, “I have been given a second chance in life and I intend to make the most of it.”
