WATCH: Kanye and Tucker MUST SEE Interview

Fri, 10/07/2022 - 13:00

Seminal moment.

This is the most important, honest, ‘realest’ interviews Americans will ever see in this era of censorship and poisonous propaganda. Amazing.

“Trump wanted nothing but the best for this country”

“I really don’t care about people’s responses, I perform for an audience of one, and that’s God.”

‘There’s a group mob. It’s like liberal Nazis, that will go up and attack you.’

Kanye West said he is willing to sacrifice his life to wear a MAGA hat.

“The answer to why I wrote White Lives Matter on a shirt is because they do. It’s the obvious thing.”

“I’m pro-life … there’s more black babies being aborted than born in New York City at this point. 50% of black death in America is abortion. So I really don’t care about people’s responses, I perform for an audience of one, and that’s God.”

FOX News: Kanye West, now known as Ye, is one of the best-selling musical artists in the world. He’s also in recent years becoming a celebrated and very highly-paid fashion designer. And of course, for a decade, he was well known to TV audiences as an in-law of the Kardashian family.

But it’s West’s latest incarnation as a kind of Christian evangelist that brought us to his office in Los Angeles today for the interview you’re about to see. Days ago, during Fashion Week in Paris, West, accompanied by his friend Candace Owens, unveiled a T-shirt that read simply “White Lives Matter.” The response from the fashion industry and international media was instantaneous and uniform – shock, horror, rage.

Kanye West attends the WSJ. Magazine 2019 Innovator Awards at the Museum of Modern Art on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019, in New York.

There is no excuse for this, thundered the New York Times. West is legitimizing extremism, shrieked Rolling Stone, etc., etc.. What was strikingly missing from the coverage, however, was any explanation for why West did this. What was the t-shirt about? No one seemed to think to ask him, much less to listen to what he had to say. Instead, the enemies of his ideas dismissed West as they have for years – as mentally ill, too crazy to take seriously. Look away. Ignore him. He’s a mental patient. There’s nothing to see here.

But is West crazy? You can judge for yourself as you watch what we’re about to show you.

He has his own ideas. We can say that. Creative people tend to. That’s why they’re artists, not actuaries. His free-form social media post gives the impression of a man channeling his rawest emotions right onto Instagram. The effect can be jarring and it’s often used as ammunition against him in the battle for influence over the minds of America’s young people and that battle is intense.

But crazy? That was not our conclusion. In fact, we’ve rarely heard a man speak so honestly and so movingly about what he believes. But again, you can judge for yourself.

The Daily Mail:

Blue brainwash: Kanye West claims Kim Kardashian worked with the CLINTONS to get him to ‘read from Democrat script’ after he publicly endorsed Trump

Kanye West spoke to Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Thursday
The rapper, 45, revealed he was shocked to learn that his now ex-wife Kim Kardashian had a close relationship with the Clintons
Carlson asked Kanye if he felt at times like he was being manipulated by political forces through his wife and the rapper responded: ‘Attempted manipulation, me not saying I liked Trump was a form of manipulation’
Thursday’s interview took place days after the Paris Fashion Week where Kanye sparked controversy with his ‘White Lives Matter’ fashion show concept

By Andrea Cavallier For Dailymail.Com, 7 October 2022:

Kanye West revealed to Fox News host Tucker Carlson Thursday night that he was shocked to learn that his former wife Kim Kardashian had a close relationship with the Clintons.

Close enough that they were just a phone call away, Kanye explained in the exclusive interview. Close enough to say ‘Tell Kanye to say this,’ or close enough to use our platforms to push vaccinations, he continued.

Carlson told his viewers that Kanye was surprised to learn after his divorce that ‘his former wife had a close and secretive relationship with the Clintons, and that they were working on her to influence him to read from the script.’

‘It was interesting, friend of mine told me that Kris and Kim had called him because he had influence inside the black community,’ Kanye said. ‘And had called him to say, to get him to influence people to take the vaccination.

‘And I don’t have opinion on that I just wanted to state that as a statement. It was wild that I didn’t know how close my own wife was to the Clintons — I didn’t know, I didn’t realize it at the time.’

Carlson asked Kanye if he felt at times like he was being manipulated by political forces through his wife.

‘Attempted manipulation, me not saying I liked Trump was a form of manipulation,’ he said.

Kanye sat down for the interview with Carlson after he returned from Paris Fashion Week where he sparked controversy with his ‘White Lives Matter’ fashion show concept.

The interview – which aired at 8pm EDT on Fox News – came just days after the 45-year-old rapper created widespread controversy when he sported a ‘White Lives Matter’ T-shirt at his YZY fashion show in Paris, which was widely condemned by fans and fashion industry luminaries and led Adidas to put its relationship with him ‘under review.’

THIS Is Extreme: Biden, 6 Times in 5 Minutes: ‘Extreme,’ Extreme,’ ‘Extremist,’ ‘Extreme,’ ‘Extreme’, ‘Extreme’

Thu, 10/06/2022 - 18:00

Reading from a binder when his moment came, Biden used the word “extreme” or “extremist” six times in five minutes at a taskforce meeting on Tuesday. This is the very definition of ‘extreme.”

And while we are on the subject of extremism, do Read Ayn Rad’s essay, “Extremism,” or The Art of Smearing penned in 1964. That’s how far back this goes. Further even.

Biden, 6 Times in 5 Minutes: ‘Extreme,’ Extreme,’ ‘Extremist,’ ‘Extreme,’ ‘Extreme’, ‘Extreme’

( – President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris convened the second meeting of their reproductive rights taskforce on Tuesday, each giving introductory remarks and slamming pro-life views as “extremist.”

Reading from a binder when his moment came, Biden used the word “extreme” or “extremist” six times in five minutes to describe abortion bans and the people who support such bans.

“Well, first of all, I created this taskforce in the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s — what most people would acknowledge is a fairly extreme decision on Dodd [sic] — Dobbs — to launch a whole-of-government approach to address the damages of that decision,” Biden began.

Moments later, he accused congressional Republicans of “doubling down on the extreme position with the proposal for a national ban. Let me be clear what that means: It means that even if you live in a state where extremist Republican officials aren’t running the show, your right to choose will still be at risk, because Republicans in Congress want to pass a law to take away the right to choose for every woman in every state, in every county,” Biden said.

Biden reminded the task force that “Justice Thomas warned us very plainly — that this wouldn’t stop with a woman’s right to choose and it would extend to the right to privacy itself in things like contraception. And so it was no surprise that we’re seeing extremist laws pop up around the country that are having a ripple effect far beyond the health rights of a pregnant woman.”

Biden mentioned one 14-year-old girl with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis who was denied a prescription refill because of concerns that the prescription was an abortifacient.

“And that’s exactly what we’re afraid would happen,” Biden said. “This 14-year-old girl couldn’t get the medicine she needed for arthritis because of the extreme backward and misguided law.”

Biden also addressed reported moves to bar birth control. Press reports say the University of Idaho has advised the university not to provide it, given the state’s abortion ban.

“Folks, what century are we in?” Biden asked. “I respect everyone’s view on this — personal decisions they make, but, my Lord, we’re talking about contraception here.  It shouldn’t be that controversial.  And — but that’s — this is what it looks like when you start to take away the right of privacy.

“I’ve asked Education Secretary Cardona to look at — and the steps we can take to protect college students and school employees in Idaho or other states where their access to contraception is at risk.

“And my message to any other college considering enacting policies like this: Don’t.  Please don’t.  We’re not going to sit by and let Republicans throughout the country enact extreme policies to threaten access to basic healthcare.

“And that’s why we’re all here today.  That’s why we formed this — this commission…”

Vice President Harris used the word “extremist” once in her remarks: “Today, extremist so-called leaders are attacking the freedom and liberty of millions of women,” she said shortly before Biden spoke.

Dept of Justice Indicts 11 For Peaceful Protest Outside Abortion Mill

Thu, 10/06/2022 - 17:00

But a total of zero people have been charged by the DOJ for firebombing pro-life pregnancy centers.

Under the Democrats, we are no longer a nation of laws. Instead select laws, or no laws at all – just edicts, are enforced against one group of people,

Freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of religion – the pillars of our Constitutional Republic have been shredded by the Democrat party of treason.

It took centuries of intellectual, philosophical development to achieve political freedom. It was a long struggle, stretching from Aristotle to John Locke to the Founding Fathers. The system they established was not based on unlimited majority rule, but on its opposite: on individual rights, which were not to be alienated by majority vote or minority plotting. The individual was not left at the mercy of his neighbors or his leaders: the Constitutional system of checks and balances was scientifically devised to protect him from both. This was the great American achievement—and if concern for the actual welfare of other nations were our present leaders’ motive, this is what we should have been teaching the world. (Ayn Rand)

The most profoundly revolutionary achievement of the United States of America was the subordination of society to moral law. The principle of man’s individual rights represented the extension of morality into the social system—as a limitation on the power of the state, as man’s protection against the brute force of the collective, as the subordination of might to right. (Ayn Rand)

DOJ Indicts 11 for Peaceful Protest Outside Abortion Facility

By: Truth Press, October 5, 2022:

In early March of 2021, a group of individuals committed to saving the lives of preborn children visited the Carafem abortion facility in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, as part of a “rescue” — an event meant to reach women seeking abortion, to persuade them to choose life for their preborn children instead. Today, October 5, 2022, that event of more than a year ago culminated in a visit from the FBI to at least one of the activist’s homes. Other individuals, who either participated or were merely present at the facility that day, were ordered to report to their local authorities to be charged under the federal FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances) Act along with charges of conspiracy.

The event in March 2021 was reportedly peaceful, with participants lining the inside hallway of a shared general medical office building which, in one area, houses the Carafem abortion facility. The rescuers who were gathered that day prayed and sang, and the event was nonviolent. Some recorded the events on video. Several participants were arrested by local police that day and were later released after posting bail for misdemeanor trespass charges. (Read more here and here.)

Pro-life activist AJ Hurley spoke to Live Action News regarding today’s FBI activities, noting that according to the neighbors of pro-life rescue activist Chester (Chet) Gallagher, Gallagher was out of state when the FBI arrived with guns drawn and entered the Gallagher home.

When agents learned Gallagher was not at home, they reportedly attempted to gain information on his whereabouts from neighbors. The Mt. Juliet rescue was reportedly one of three led by Gallagher at different abortion facilities across the country last year.

Hurley said other individuals were “called by the FBI telling them they had arrest warrants and had to turn themselves in.” A press release from the Department of Justice named 11 individuals in all who are being charged with “with conspiracy against rights secured by the FACE Act, and committing FACE Act violations”:

Chester Gallagher, 73, of Lebanon, Tennessee; Heather Idoni, 58; Calvin Zastrow, 57; and Caroline Davis, 24; all of Michigan; Coleman Boyd, 51, of Bolton, Mississippi; Dennis Green, 56, of Cumberland, Virginia; and Paul Vaughn, 55, of Centerville, Tennessee.

In addition, the press release notes the following individuals were charged with FACE Act violations:

Eva Edl, 87, of Aiken South Carolina; Eva Zastro, 24, of Dover, Arkansas; James Zastro, 25, of Eldon, Missouri; and Paul Place, 24, of Centerville, Tennessee.

The release notes that “All defendants will have appearances scheduled in U.S. District Court in Nashville at a later date.”

The release details the charges in the indictment:

The indictment alleges that, beginning in February 2021, Chester Gallagher utilized social media to promote a series of anti-abortion events scheduled for March 4-7, 2021, in the Nashville area. Other co-conspirators then utilized Facebook to coordinate travel and logistics and to identify other participants for the blockade. On March 4, 2021, Coleman Boyd and Chester Gallager advertised the blockade of the Carafem Health Center Clinic, in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, which was planned for the following day. In his social media post, Gallagher referred to the blockade as a “rescue.”

Boyd also began a Facebook livestream broadcast of the clinic blockade at 7:45 a.m. on March 5, 2021. This livestream broadcast was titled, in part, “Mt. Juliet, TN Rescue March 5, 2021,” and livestreamed the blockade event as his coconspirators and others blocked the clinic’s entry doors and prevented a patient and an employee from entering. The livestream also broadcast members of the group attempting to engage a patient and her companion as Boyd told his livestream audience that the patient was a “mom coming to kill her baby.”

“The FBI isn’t even performing the investigations,” said Hurley. “The DOJ is doing their own investigations and using the FBI as their arm of that organization… Normally the FBI does an investigation, and if they find someone guilty of federal crimes, they issue warrants.” Instead, he says, “the DOJ is… sending local branches of the FBI with arrest warrants to be their strong arm.”

Hurley added, “This is a new tactic the DOJ has been throwing at pro-lifers to see if the charges stick.”

However, the DOJ press release claims, “This case was investigated by the FBI and is being prosecuted by the Civil Rights Coordinator of the U.S. Attorney’s Office and trial Attorneys of the Department’s Civil Rights Division,” adding, “An indictment is merely an accusation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”

These FBI arrests are the most recent in a line of targeted attacks against pro-life individuals who peacefully participate in activities at or outside abortion facilities in the United States. One of the most notable was the recent FBI raid on the home of Philadelphia sidewalk counselor Mark Houck, whose home was visited in late September by approximately 15-20 agents in tactical gear, with guns drawn, in the presence of Houck’s wife and seven young children.

60% of Third Grade Schoolkids Can’t Read, But the Democrats are Cramming Pedo/Trans/Porn Down Their Throats

Thu, 10/06/2022 - 16:02

The Wall Street Journal reports that statewide in Illinois, in 2019, only 36% of all third grade students could read at grade level. That’s an F, and that’s the good news. That number drops to 27% for Hispanic students and 22% for black students statewide. In certain public school systems, the numbers plummet to single digits. In Decatur, 2% of black third-graders are reading at grade level and only 1% are doing math at grade level.

And that’s before COVID.

This is by design by the left. Children who can’t read, add, or learn to think are easily manipulated and can be made to believe anything. How better to groom a violent army of idiots.

The long term effect is incalculable. We are looking at vast schisms between the educated and the illiterate and not just in income and quality of life.

We aren’t often speechless, but the extent to which that performance is betraying a generation of schoolchildren is hard to put into words. Third grade children are eight years old, full of potential with minds like sponges to absorb what they are taught. Third grade is the year that children need to achieve a level of reading fluency that will prepare them to tackle more complex tasks in upper elementary grades that require comprehension.

A child who can’t read in third grade can’t do word problems in fourth or science experiments in fifth. Promoting Decatur children to the fourth grade when 99% are below grade level in math condemns them to future failure. By 11th grade, 5% of Decatur’s students are reading at grade level and 4% are on par in math. Why shouldn’t every single adult presiding over the Decatur schools be fired?

Fully a third of American students entering the fourth grade cannot read at third-grade level, a sobering statistic from the U.S. Department of Education.

The scores are even worse for students living in poverty, worse yet if no father is present in the household and worst of all for boys in fatherless homes. The task during those first three critical grades is to learn to read. Thereafter, students read to learn. But for those who can’t read at third-grade level, as much as half the curriculum they are taught from there on will be incomprehensible.

Oklahoma City area schools show many students below grade level in math, reading, science

By: Nuria Martinez-Keel, Oklahoman

More Oklahoma City metro-area students fell below grade level in core subjects since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, state test scores show, but many districts say the latest results indicate growth from the year before.

The wall Street Journal:

Parents may not grasp how bad things are when students are promoted from grade to grade even as their education is left behind. In Decatur, 97.3% of teachers were rated “excellent” or “proficient” in 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Education. In 2018 that number was 99.7%. This year 100% of Chicago teachers were evaluated as excellent or proficient. The students are failing but the teachers are great? That contradiction shows the system is corrupt as well as incompetent.

Family and social dysfunction play some role in this scandal. But the overriding problem is school governance and the monopoly power of the teachers unions. The Chicago Teachers Union has walked out four times in the last seven years (2016, 2019, 2021, 2022), reaping higher salaries or benefits each time. Wirepoints says Illinois spends $16,660 per student annually, the eighth-highest state spending per student in the country.

Teachers get raises, schools get more money, and children are shuffled through until its time for the adults to collect a pension. Families that can get their children out are leaving in droves. Over the past two decades, 120,000 students have left the Chicago Public Schools. Wouldn’t you?

TREASON: Biden Regime Negotiating With Dictatorship Venezuela For Oil But Refuses To Negotiate With Texas, North Dakota, Oklahoma and Other Oil Producing States

Thu, 10/06/2022 - 15:00

One has to wonder what catastrophic event has to occur for the American people to finally see that the Democrat party is the enemy of the people that seeks our utter destruction.

Clearly, consumers of the Democrat-media-axis media are deceiving the public. But how long can one avoid reality?

U.S. Looks to Ease Venezuela Sanctions, Enabling Chevron to Pump Oil

Engaging Venezuela could serve as a longer-term strategy for the U.S. and European countries trying to secure new energy sources.

By Patricia Garip, Vivian Salama and Kejal Vyas, Wall Street Journal, Oct. 5, 2022:

The Biden administration is preparing to scale down sanctions on Venezuela’s authoritarian regime to allow Chevron Corp. CVX 1.72%▲ to resume pumping oil there, paving the way for a potential reopening of U.S. and European markets to oil exports from Venezuela, according to people familiar with the proposal.

In exchange for the significant sanctions relief, the government of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro would resume long-suspended talks with the country’s opposition to discuss conditions needed to hold free and fair presidential elections in 2024, the people said. The U.S., Venezuela’s government and some Venezuelan opposition figures have also worked out a deal that would free up hundreds of millions of dollars in Venezuelan state funds frozen in American banks to pay for imports of food, medicine and equipment for the country’s battered electricity grid and municipal water systems.

Federal Appeals Court Rules DACA is Illegal, Dealing Major Blow to Democrat Destroyers

Thu, 10/06/2022 - 14:00

The party of treason suffers major defeat in their war on America.

Federal appeals court rules DACA is illegal, dealing major blow to liberals

DACA creates a new class of otherwise removable aliens without Congress’ approval, court ruled.

By John Solomon, Just The News,October 6, 2022:

A federal appeals court declared Wednesday that the Obama-Biden era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program was illegal, dealing a major blow to a liberal initiative that allowed illegal migrants who came to America as children to escape deportation.

The ruling by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals also sent the case back to U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen for further consideration, temporarily leaving DACA in place for current beneficiaries.

Most observers expect the case to eventually land at the U.S. Supreme Court, where the justices twice before punted on the core issue of whether the program is legal.

The appeals court affirmed Hanen’s earlier ruling in Texas that DACA was illegal, granting status to certain migrants that Congress had never authorized.

“The district court’s excellent opinion correctly identified fundamental substantive defects in the program. The DACA memorandum contracts significant parts of the [Immigration and Naturalization Act],” the appeals court wrote.

“DACA creates a new class of otherwise removable aliens who may obtain lawful presence, work authorization, and associated benefits,” it added. “Congress determined which aliens can receive these benefits, and it did not include DACA recipients among them.”

President Joe Biden said he was “disappointed” by the decision, saying “the lives of Dreamers remain in limbo.” He urged Congress to act before the courts finished their work.

“It is long past time for Congress to pass permanent protections for Dreamers, including a pathway to citizenship,” he added.

BIDEN’S EPIC FAILURE: OPEC Cuts Oil Production Despite Biden Begging

Thu, 10/06/2022 - 12:45

OPEC+, which includes the 15 OPEC members and the consortium’s Russian-led allies, voted to cut oil production by 2 million barrels per day even though the White House urged the group to pump more oil, according to Bloomberg.

But he won’t let America increase output.

“We were energy independent one year ago, now we are at the mercy of OPEC.” Donald Trump.

OPEC and its Russian-led allies will reduce crude oil production as they are concerned that oil demand will fall as the world enters a recession, Bloomberg reported. President Joe Biden’s senior officials have been attempting to pressure OPEC into voting against a production cut as the White House would consider this to be a “hostile act,” CNN reported on Wednesday.

The administration was “panicking” over OPEC’s potential to cut production as it is concerned that gas prices may continue to rise and hurt the Democrats’ chances in the November midterm elections, according to CNN. The White House aggressively lobbied Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and other OPEC members to vote against cutting oil production; however, its efforts failed as OPEC+ wants to keep oil prices steady by reducing global supply ahead of winter, according to Bloomberg. (Daily Caller)

Daily Wire: Saudi Arabia helped Russia push for higher worldwide oil prices on Wednesday alongside other members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). The alliance announced that member states would cut oil output by 2 million barrels per day beginning in November, constituting 2% of global oil demand. Russian fuel is currently trading worldwide at a discount as European consumers refrain from purchasing the nation’s fuel. New output restrictions could provoke the United States to release more oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserves, which are presently at their lowest levels in four decades (Daily Wire). Financial Times: The Biden administration criticized the move on cuts, saying it was a “shortsighted decision” at a time when “maintaining a global supply of energy is of paramount importance”. A White House spokesperson told reporters on Air Force One it was “clear” Opec+ was “aligning with Russia” (Financial Times). CNN: But with just a month to go before the critical midterm elections, US gasoline prices have begun to creep up again, posing a political risk the White House is desperately trying to avoid. As US officials have moved to gauge potential domestic options to head off gradual increases over the last several weeks, the news of major OPEC+ action presents a particularly acute challenge (CNN).

Supreme Court Overturns Massachusetts Unconstitutional Gun Control Law

Wed, 10/05/2022 - 19:00

The Supreme Court is the last man standing in defense of our Constitutional rights.

The case was considered a landmark ruling by the court, opening up the potential for new challenges to state and local restrictions on guns……

It is, essentially, a right to self defense. And this era of Democrat lawlessness, it is essential.

Supreme Court vacates controversial Massachusetts gun control law

The Massachusetts gun control law places strict restrictions on the ability to purchase and possess handguns

By Michael Lee | Fox News October 5, 2022:

The Supreme Court ordered a lower court ruling on a Massachusetts gun control law to be vacated and directed a lower court to reconsider the case.

The case in question, Morin v. Lyver, centers around a controversial Massachusetts law that imposes strict restrictions on the possession and purchase of handguns, including the need for a license in order to purchase or posses a pistol. The law also includes a lifetime ban on purchasing handguns on anyone convicted of a nonviolent misdemeanor involving the possession or use of guns.

The U.S. District Court of Massachusetts originally found the law constitutional, but the Supreme Court on Monday ordered that ruling vacated and the case “remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit for further consideration in light of New York State Rifle & Pistol Assn., Inc. v. Bruen.”
The case, a 6-3 ruling earlier this year, struck down a New York law that required people to demonstrate “proper cause” to obtain a concealed handgun permit.

“The constitutional right to bear arms in public for self-defense is not ‘a second-class right, subject to an entirely different body of rules than the other Bill of Rights guarantees,’” Justice Clarence Thomas wrote for the majority at the time. “We know of no other constitutional right that an individual may exercise only after demonstrating to government officers some special need.”

The case was considered a landmark ruling by the court, opening up the potential for new challenges to state and local restrictions on guns……

Biden Regime Working on Government Model for Woke Policy for Companies

Wed, 10/05/2022 - 17:00

This is the very definition of fascism: a regime that exalts race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe strong regimentation of society and the economy, and forcible suppression of opposition.

Fox News: The Biden administration is working on a “national strategy” for establishing diversity, equity and inclusion policies for the government that officials hope can be used as a template for companies and other organizations throughout the country. The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) last week convened the first meeting of the Chief Diversity Officers Executive Council, a group that includes diversity officers from several federal agencies. The council will work to “implement and sustain” a government-wide plan for encouraging policies that support diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEIA) in government hiring and employment. However, the OPM also said it wants to ensure the government is “our country’s model of excellence” when it comes to implementing DEIA policies (Fox News).

CEO of US Election Software Firm Konnech Arrested for Storing Data on Servers in China

Wed, 10/05/2022 - 16:00

And the NYT ran cover for him.

BREAKING: CEO of US election software firm Konnech arrested for storing data on servers in China

Eugene Yu, the CEO of the software firm Konnech, has been arrested in connection to the storage of data on servers in China.

By: The Post Millennial, Oct 4, 2022:

Eugene Yu, the CEO of the software firm Konnech, has been arrested in connection to the storage of data on servers in China.

“Yu, 51, was arrested early Tuesday just outside of Lansing, Mich., after prosecutors alleged he improperly stored the information on servers in China, according to Los Angeles County Dist. Atty. George Gascón. Yu, who is the chief executive officer of a company named Konnech, is expected to be extradited to Los Angeles in the coming days, Gascón said,” according to the LA Times.

“Konnech allegedly violated its contract by storing critical information that the workers provided on servers in China. We intend to hold all those responsible for this breach accountable,” Gascón said.

“Prosecutors learned of the data breach this year through a ‘separate investigation’ undertaken by the district attorney’s office, according to Gascón. He would not say what the other investigation was or exactly when his office became aware of the breach,” the LA Times reported.

Konnech issued a statement that read, in part: “We are continuing to ascertain the details of what we believe to be Mr. Yu’s wrongful detention by LA County authorities. Any LA County poll worker data that Konnech may have possessed was provided to it by LA County, and therefore could not have been ‘stolen’ as suggested.”

It was on Monday that The New York Times ran an article claiming that “election deniers” had made Konnech the center of a “conspiracy theory.” The article claimed that these “election deniers” had used “threadbare evidence” to suggest that Konnech “had secret ties to the Chinese Communist Party and had given the Chinese government back door access to personal data about two million poll workers in the United States.”

The Times claimed that these allegations against Konnech “demonstrate how far-right election deniers are also giving more attention to new and more secondary companies and groups.”

Konnech, based in Michigan, had been contracted by Los Angeles County, and Allen County, Indiana, to work on “election logistics, such as scheduling poll workers.”

“Konnech,” the Times stated, “said none of the accusations were true. It said that all the data for its American customers were stored on services in the United States and that it had no ties to the Chinese government.”

The Times lameneted the damage done to Konnech’s reputation by these “election deniers” who claimed that the company had ties to the CCP.

On Tuesday, the Times had to write that Yu had been arrested, and that data collected by Konnech had indeed been stored on servers in China. True the Vote, an election integrity not-for-profit, stated that they were able to download the personal information of some 1.8 million poll workers from Konnech servers in China. True the Vote passed this information on to the FBI.

“Holding the data there would violate Konnech’s contract with the county,” the Times wrote.

The company itself appears to be standing by Yu, and continues to blame election deniers for harming the company’s reputation. A spokesman for Konnech told the Times that Konnech had handed over all poll worker data to the county, and that it “therefore could not have been ‘stolen’ as suggested.”

However, the Times reports that “The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office said in an emailed statement that it had cause to believe that personal information on election workers was ‘criminally mishandled.'”

Most Of The Looters Arrested In Hurricane-Ravaged Florida Are Illegal Aliens

Wed, 10/05/2022 - 15:00

Biden’s contribution to the disaster effort.

Most of the heartless looters busted in hurricane-ravaged Florida were illegal immigrants, Gov. Ron DeSantis announced Tuesday — as he said he’d like to “drag them out by the collars” and “send them back to where they came from.”

“We’ve had four looters that were arrested … and they need to be brought to justice,” the tough gov said during an update on the devastation from historic Hurricane Ian.

“But you know, three of the four are illegal aliens,” said DeSantis, one of the fed-up Republican governors who has been sending border-crossers to Democratic sanctuary destinations.

“And so these are people that are foreigners, they’re illegally in our country — and not only that, they tried to loot and ransack in the aftermath of a natural disaster,” the incredulous-sounding governor said.

Four suspects busted for allegedly looting in Florida after Hurricane Ian

The four suspects were charged with burglarizing an unoccupied structure after Hurricane Ian slammed Florida

Florida sheriff’s deputies arrested four suspected burglars who allegedly looted in the wake of Hurricane Ian, while many impacted Floridians struggle to recover from the Category 4 storm.

Omar Mejia Ortiz, 33, and Valerie Celeste Salcedo Mena, 26, were arrested, along with 20-year-olds Brandon Mauricio Araya and Steve Eduardo Sanchez Araya. Lee County sheriff’s deputies arrested all four on charges of burglary of an unoccupied structure during a state of emergency, according to online jail records.

Ortiz was also charged with petit larceny, while the other three suspects were charged with grand larceny. It is unclear exactly when and where the burglaries took place.

All four suspected looters were released from jail after posting bond.

The arrests came after Lee County issued a strict curfew and “zero-tolerance” policy for looting. The southwest Florida county was devastated by Hurricane Ian, prompting officials to issue warnings after burglars were spotted ransacking homes in Fort Myers.

“When law enforcement was unable to respond because of weather conditions, there was a break-in on Cleveland Avenue River,” Lee County Manager Roger Dejarlais said in a press conference last week.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis issued his own warnings against looters seeking to plunder abandoned homes and businesses.

“Don’t even think about looting,” DeSantis said in a press conference. “Don’t even think about taking advantage of people in this vulnerable situation.”

“When I say zero tolerance, zero tolerance means we will hunt you down, track you down, and you’re going to jail. If you’re lucky,” DeSantis warned.

“Florida is a law and order state,” the Republican governor tweeted the following day. “Looting and lawlessness will not be tolerated.”

Courts Side With Red States on Election Law Changes Post-2020

Wed, 10/05/2022 - 13:00

Democrat election fraud is systemic. Dismantling their fraud machine is a Sisyphean task.

Courts mostly siding with red states on election law changes post-2020

By Alex Swoyer and Stephen Dinan, – The Washington Times – Monday, October 3, 2022

The outrage was swift and severe when Georgia lawmakers announced legislation to prevent voters waiting in line from being provided food or drinks.

The state said it was making sure voters couldn’t be pressured, swayed or even bribed.

Critics said the law would keep voters waiting in the hot sun from being handed bottles of water. They warned that Black voters would refuse to show up and defended “line warming” activities as a critical First Amendment issue.
Chess in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons as cheating controversy smolders

So far, Georgia is winning the legal fight. A federal judge allowed the ban on contact with voters in line to remain in effect this year.

Across the Sun Belt, attempts to reset voting practices after the pandemic-infused 2020 elections have met with howls of protest from Democrats and minority voting advocates. Federal courts have generally found the states to be on solid footing.

“Things are not going well for the challengers,” said J. Christian Adams, who worked on voting rights at the Justice Department and is now president of the Public Interest Legal Foundation.

Most of the rulings are preliminary. Major decisions will likely establish the legal playing field for voting changes before 2024.

For now, election laws survive. Texas bars drive-through voting, limits ballot drop boxes and imposes an ID requirement for voting by mail. Florida has imposed new rules on drop boxes and mail-in balloting.

A federal judge halted Florida’s law after determining that it was intended to cut into Black voting, but an appeals court put that ruling on hold. The law is intact for November.

The Justice Department has challenged new laws in Texas and Georgia, and both have survived scrutiny so far.

Caren Short, director of legal and research for the League of Women Voters of the United States, said the challenges will continue.

“Some advocates were able to get relief ahead of the 2022 election, but in many cases, appellate courts paused the relief pending appeal, so these anti-voter laws will be in effect in many places for the November election,” Ms. Short said.

One challenge succeeded in Arizona. Lawmakers enacted a measure that would have made it a criminal offense to register a voter already registered in another state. A judge last month halted that measure, saying it could make felons out of election volunteers.

The moves in Georgia and Arizona drew attention because both states voted for Joseph R. Biden in the 2020 presidential election, breaking decades-long Republican winning streaks.

Both states were able to adopt tighter election laws because their legislatures and governors’ offices were under Republican control.

Democratic-dominated states such as Connecticut, New York and Oregon have loosened election rules this year.

It’s all part of the jockeying for advantage. Democrats believe a more open voting process is better for their political fortunes, and Republican leaders believe a more constrained voting pool gives them an advantage. Political scientists question both beliefs.

Mr. Adams said Republican-led states have made headway on one issue that hasn’t drawn as much attention as drop boxes and voting lines but may be more crucial to election outcomes.

That’s the so-called Zuckbucks, or more than $300 million that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife made available to local election officials through their Center for Tech and Civic Life. The funds were supposed to help officials ensure high voter turnout despite the pandemic.

Mr. Adams said the money was spent disproportionately on methods that generally work on Democratic-leaning voters, such as get-out-the-vote advertising on urban radio stations.

Rep. Claudia Tenney, New York Republican, calculated that Democratic counties in Georgia got more than $42.1 million in Zuckbucks while Republican counties got just $3.5 million. In Florida, the breakdown was skewed toward Democratic counties, $14.8 million to $1.2 million. Pennsylvania’s Democratic-to-Republican ratio was $20.8 million to $1.7 million.

Armed with such data, Republican-led states moved to crack down on that sort of money.

The Capital Research Center, which has been monitoring Mr. Zuckerberg’s spending, says 24 states have moved to restrict or ban these types of private money donations.

RNC Files Complaint Alleging Google Suppressing GOP Votes, Junks GOP-Related Emails

Wed, 10/05/2022 - 12:00

The Democrats hold all the levers of power in this country and their are beating us to death.

Daily Wire: The Republican National Committee has filed a complaint with the Federal Election  Commission, alleging that Google is suppressing the GOP vote in November by sending millions of RNC election emails to recipients’ spam folders. According to RNC officials, over 22 million emails sent in the last three days of September from the RNC were spammed by Google; over 3.1 million on September 28, over 9.8 million on September 29, and over 9.97 million on September 30… Evidence was offered by the RNC that party emails go from “strong inbox delivery— 90-100%”  down to 0% by the time the month is ending (Daily Wire). Fox News: Meanwhile, Republicans have pointed to a non-partisan study by researchers at North Carolina State University which found that Gmail allows the vast majority of emails from the Democratic Party to land in the user’s inbox while more than two-thirds of messages from conservative candidates are marked as spam. Gmail “retained the majority of left-wing candidate emails in inbox (< 10.12% marked as spam) while sent the majority of right-wing candidate emails to the spam folder (up to 77.2% marked as spam),” the study found (Fox News). John Lott Jr.: RNC says Google suppressed more than 22M GOTV, fundraising emails in September, exploring ‘legal options.’ If you have gmail, Republican get out the vote efforts go to SPAM folder (Twitter).

Bombshell Dominion ‘Error Code’ Uncovered in 97% of Georgia Counties

Tue, 10/04/2022 - 21:00

Is there a clearer indictor of election malfeasance?

Bombshell Dominion ‘Error Code’ Uncovered in 97% of Georgia Counties

Open records requests reveal 64 of 66 Georgia counties have the same unsolved ‘Tennessee Error’ that caused seven scanners to miscount hundreds of ballots in Williamson County.

By: October 4, 2022:

In a podcast episode released last week Thursday, David Cross and Kevin Moncla of the Election Oversight Group reveal that open records request from 64 of 66 Georgia counties show the same security error “QR code signature mismatch” and warning message “Ballot format or id is unrecognizable” that caused seven scanners to miscount hundreds of ballots in Williamson County, Tennessee.

The “Tennessee Error” is an “anomaly” discovered on Dominion’s Image Cast Precinct (ICP) Tabulators (also referred to as “scanners”) that occurred during a Williamson County election held on October 26, 2021.

The Election Assistance Commission (EAC) defines an anomaly as “an irregular or inconsistent action or response from the voting system or the system component, which resulted in the system or component not functioning as intended or expected.”

In Williamson County, an election worker tallying votes on a post-it note realized that hundreds of ballots removed from a tabulator did not get counted.

Even though that tabulator never signaled that a problem occurred.

After further investigation, election officials realized that the anomaly caused 7 out of 18 tabulators to miscount ballots.

The State of Tennessee, the EAC, and the two accredited entities that test voting machines, Pro V&V and SLI Compliance, investigated the anomaly and were able to repeat the problem but were “not able to determine the root cause of the anomaly.”

The federal government and the state could not determine the cause of the problem, so they brought in Dominion Voting Systems to investigate why their tabulators were miscounting ballots.

On February 11, 2022, Dominion submitted a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report to the EAC.

On March 31, 2022, the EAC released a report on the “Tennessee Error” entitled, “Dominion Voting Systems D-Suite 5.5-B”, which incredibly states “the direct cause of the anomaly was inconclusive” and “erroneous code is present in the EAC certified D-Suite 5.5-B and D-Suite 5.5-C systems.

In essence, the EAC and Dominion admit they do not know the cause of the problem, and there is no explanation or definition of the “erroneous code”, nor how it got there after the software was certified by the EAC.

The report continues, “analysis of audit log information revealed entries that coincided with the manifestation of the anomaly; a security error “QR code signature mismatch” and a warning message “Ballot format or id is unrecognizable” indicating a QR code misread occurred. When these events were logged, the ballot was rejected.”

In other words, as the Election Oversight Group explains:

“Investigators reviewed the system log (SLOG) files (it’s just a diary the scanner keeps of the election), and it showed multiple instances of an error called a “QR code signature mismatch” with a warning message of  “Ballot format or id is unrecognizable.” Testers noticed that the machines counted the votes properly until the error was triggered. After the error was triggered, the current ballot in the machine was not counted, and every ballot after it was not counted – until the machine was reset.”

The U.S. government report explains that Dominion’s tabulator marked all of these uncounted ballots as “provisional” even though tabulators typically do not scan provisional ballots, which are customarily hand-marked paper ballots that are placed in an envelope and addressed by election officials after the polls close.

Furthermore, according to Moncla, the uncounted ballot images “were in a provisional folder that was hidden from the tabulator’s count and the poll closing tape.”

“In other words, the tabulator didn’t reflect their existence anywhere.”

After the EAC report was released, Cross and Moncla asked EAC Director Jonathan Panek if the government found the anomaly in other states or counties.

The EAC Director who authored the “Tennessee Error” report replied, “no additional reports were received.”

Cross and Moncla then placed open records requests for SLOG files from all 159 Georgia counties, only to be “unlawfully blocked and significantly delayed” by Ryan Germany from the Secretary of State’s office.

The two volunteers behind the Election Oversight Group had to file a complaint with the Inspector General to force Mr. Germany to comply and have so far only received the SLOG files from 66 counties.

Incredibly, 64 of 66 or 97% of Georgia’s counties have the same “Tennessee Error” that Dominion Voting Systems and the U.S. government already investigated and admitted they do not know the cause.

For example, 107 instances of the security error “QR code signature mismatch” and the warning message “Ballot format or id is unrecognizable” show up in Chatham County’s SLOG files during the recent 2022 primary election.

In Gwinnett County, during the 2020 primary election, there are 84 instances of the same “Tennessee Error.”

Cross and Moncla say, “our work indicates the precinct scanners in Georgia have not counted ballots accurately since they were first installed” in 2020.

The Election Oversight Group, whose stated mission is “to protect & secure our elections,” have filed an “Official Notice and Demand for Emergency Review” with Georgia’s State Election Board that seeks intervention in the 2022 mid-term elections.

Moncla says, “The anomalies have not only been identified by locating the same errors in common with the Williamson incident but have also been realized by the discovery of ballots having been scanned but not included in the tabulator results.”

  • Dekalb County, 2022 Primaries- Hand-count revealed approximately 2800 ballots that had been scanned but not included in the tabulator results.
  • Gwinnett County, 2020 General Election- Approximately 1600 ballots were scanned but not included in the tabulator results.
  • Floyd County, 2020 General Election- Hand-count found approximately 2800 ballots that were scanned but not included.

Additionally, Fulton County, Pennsylvania, filed a lawsuit against Dominion Voting Systems last month for a “breach of contract.”

The county alleges that their log files show “an external IP address” located in Quebec, Canada, and that an unauthorized “python script” had been installed after the certification date.

In May, CISA, an arm of the Department of Homeland Security, disclosed nine vulnerabilities that “an attacker could leverage to install malicious code” on the Dominion ImageCast X machines that are used in 16 states, including; Williamson County, Tennessee, Fulton County, Pennsylvania, and in every county in Georgia.

“Nearly as stunning as the EAC’s admission that the direct cause of the anomaly was inconclusive is the statement on the same page that they successfully fixed the anomaly,” Moncla emphasized.

MEDIA SMEAR CAMPAIGN: Georgia GOP Senate candidate Herschel Walker Denies Report He Paid For a Girlfriend’s Abortion

Tue, 10/04/2022 - 18:00

Who cares? I mean, really.

The Democrats are burning down this country. All this is distraction. It’s just another Democrat smear to destroy another Republican. His opponent, Raphael Warnock tried to run his wife over with his car – you never hear about that.

The Left can’t win on the issues. So they will often resort to defaming and smearing their opponents with lies. Fortunately, this tactic is not going to work in Georgia’s senate election. Herschel Walker will defeat the radical Leftist Raphael Warnock this November, which will all but guarantee that the Republicans take control of the Senate.

Regarding the latest Democrat attack:

Georgia GOP Senate candidate Herschel Walker denies bombshell report that he paid for a girlfriend’s abortion

By Fox News, Oct 4, 2022

Republican Senate nominee in Georgia Herschel Walker denies a claim that he paid for a girlfriend’s abortion 13 years ago.

“It is a flat-out lie, and now you know how important this seat is,” the former college and professional football star said on Fox News’s “Hannity” on Monday night.

Walker’s denial came a couple of hours after a report that Walker in 2009 urged an unnamed former girlfriend to get an abortion after she became pregnant while they were dating, and that he reimbursed her $700 for the procedure. The report from The Daily Beast cited interviews with a woman who said she had a bank receipt showing Walker’s alleged payment, and a “get well” card that he reportedly sent her.

“Pledging to Wokeness”: Medical Students Denounce the Scientific Method’s Superiority and Promise to Defeat White Supremacy

Tue, 10/04/2022 - 13:00

it’s the end of the age of reason. By elevating ideology, the medical establishment is undermining tits essential, life-saving mission.

I wouldn’t let these racist morons treat me with so much as an aspirin.

We have seen the Democrats destroyed the greatest medical system in the world – a system that benefitted everyone. Under this caste system of racism, everyone will suffer.

Dr. Bosshardt, a surgeon in The Wall Street Journal last month:

Critical Race Theory Is Bad Medicine

The American College of Surgeons promotes the latest political quackery.

My membership in the American College of Surgeons goes back almost 30 years. The 84,000-member professional society’s sole focus should be improving the standard of surgical care, but in recent years the college has made a priority of promoting critical race theory and so-called antiracism. Like many radicalized organizations, the college has taken to punishing members who raise concerns over its new agenda.

The college’s elevation of ideology—and demotion of surgery—was swift. I saw the first signs in 2019, when the college invited Joan Y. Reede to deliver its prestigious annual lecture. Dr. Reede is dean for diversity and community partnership at Harvard Medical School. The topic of her speech was “a path toward diversity, inclusion, and excellence.”

As the son of a Brazilian mother and American father, I welcomed her praise of diversity, but Dr. Reede’s speech made no meaningful mention of “excellence.” Surgery is a discipline that demands excellence in all its stages, from training to practice. Should diversity supplant quality in surgeon performance, patient care would suffer. Remarkably, Dr. Reede’s vision was met with rapturous acceptance by the college’s leadership, and the unqualified push for diversity became a lodestar for the group.

My concern deepened in 2020, when the college convened a “task force on racial issues.” It presented a series of recommendations on how the college can “confront racism in surgery” by creating a new office of diversity, advocating for policy reforms, and adding “anti-racism to existing ACS values.” The college later hosted a leadership retreat for all surgical societies promoting “DEI and anti-racism,” with keynote speaker Ibram X. Kendi, the most recognized advocate of the “antiracist” philosophy. Mr. Kendi argues that racial discrimination is necessary to right past wrongs.

The American College of Surgeons apparently believes its members are racially biased and provide worse care to patients of color than we do to white patients, leading to disparate health outcomes. It is also sending the message that we need antiracist re-education to overcome our inherent prejudices. Such extraordinary assertions call for the strongest evidence, but the college has yet to provide any.

Many surgeons, including me, have raised concerns about the decline of our professional society, which plays a critical role in helping surgeons maintain the highest standards of patient care. We have mainly raised the alarm through online forums hosted by the college. In March, college leadership banned discussion of critical race theory, antiracism, and diversity, equity and inclusion on all clinical forums. Today, “only posts about clinical issues and direct care of surgical patients will be permitted.”

By elevating ideology, the college is undermining this essential and life-saving mission. It is deliberately promoting ideas that sow distrust among doctors and patients, insult the integrity of professional surgeons and reduce the quality of the care we provide…….

Medical Students Denounce the Scientific Method’s Superiority and Promise to Defeat White Supremacy

By Alex Parker | Red State  October 03, 2022

Medical school was once aimed at applying scientific knowledge to treat the sick and injured. But these days, we’re told society itself is sick, and it must be healed by the elixir of enlightenment. Therefore, devoted future doctors in Minnesota are pledging to wokeness and a complete righting of the world’s wrongs.

The University of Minnesota Medical School (UMMS) class of 2026 recently held its White Coat Ceremony. An article on the college’s website covers the service’s significance:

Being presented with a white coat is a rite of passage for medical students signifying their entrance into medical school. In 1993, the Arnold P. Gold Foundation established this tradition at Columbia University. U of M Medical School was one of the early adopters of this ceremony, now executed at most medical schools across the country.

The most crucial element of the ceremony is taking the Hippocratic Oath to obligate their responsibility to care for future patients with integrity, empathy and humility. It provides a robust emphasis on compassion in combination with clinical excellence.

But there’s more to it than that; each class adds its own elements like toppings to a sundae. UMMS Media Relations Manager Kat Dodge explained to Campus Reform:

“[I]t is a common practice at medical schools in the United States to build upon the intent of the Hippocratic Oath… Each year at the University of Minnesota Medical School, the incoming students work with faculty to write an oath that reflects these core elements, values, and ethics the class aspires to uphold.”

This year’s supplements at UMMS included care of the Earth, antiracism, and an indication that Western medicine isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

A handout pictured at displays the contents of the 2022 ceremony’s vow, and it begins with a confession of thievery — AKA a land acknowledgment.

Why would a medical school dip its toes into something as wholly removed from medicine as a noting of the top ping pong players in Australia? Presumably, because it’s what’s in style:

Our institution is located on Dakota land. Today, many Indigenous people from throughout the state, including Dakota and Ojibwe, call the Twin cities home.

To be fair, the students “also recognize this acknowledgment is not enough.”

Somehow, doctors are going to triumphantly force into existence unprecedented justice and defeat white supremacy. They’re also going to battle the notion that there are only men and women. In fact, by some method not made known, the people who write you a prescription for your rash will manage to defeat all planetary oppression:

We commit to uprooting the legacy and perpetuation of structural violence deeply embedded within the healthcare system. We recognize the inequities built by past and present traumas rooted in white supremacy, colonialism, the gender binary, ableism, and all forms of oppression. As we enter this profession with opportunity for growth, we commit to promoting a culture of antiracism, listening, and amplifying voices for positive change.

It’s a tall order.

The students also promise to “be respectful” of all patients’ “unique identities.” Additionally, they swear to be “authentic” and own their “mistakes and biases.” You may just need to have some sort of pain stop giving you trouble, but the new breed of medical men and women and other gender identities will “empower [your] autonomy.”

And there’s no more of the nonsense that they know medicine better than you do:

We affirm that patients are the experts of their own bodies and will partner with them to facilitate holistic wellbeing.

If you’re the expert, do they still serve a medical purpose? Perhaps they should teach yoga…

We will prioritize care for the mind, body, and soul of not only our patients, but of our colleagues and selves. With this devotion, we will champion our personal wellness…

What arguably stands out most is the group’s denouncement of science. Western medicine only has value if it’s the correct approach to physical health. Via the Scientific Method, its point has been to eliminate fallacies produced by superstition, ignorance, and ineffective technology. As it turns out, per UMMS, that was a mistake. All the old and proven-wrong stuff is right:

We pledge to honor all Indigenous ways of healing that have been historically marginalized by Western medicine.

Israel Now Ranks First In World Digital Quality of Life Index

Tue, 10/04/2022 - 12:00

Israel has come in first in the annual Digital Quality of Life Index 2022. Out of 117 countries, Israel climbed to the first spot — overtaking Denmark’s two-year lead — from fourth in last year’s survey, and eighth in 2020. A report on this latest “first” for Israel is here.

The survey is compiled annually by the virtual private network provider Surfshark, based on factors such as internet affordability and quality, infrastructure and digital government services.

Denmark moved to second place, with Germany, France and Sweden rounding out the top five in the 2022 index. The Netherlands, Finland, Japan, the UK and South Korea came in next for the top 10. The US dropped to 12th place, behind Lithuania, from fifth last year.

Congo, Yemen, Ethiopia, Mozambique and Cameroon had the worst showings and were in the bottom five countries.

The annual survey, now in its fourth year, evaluates countries based on a set of five “pillars” — internet affordability, internet quality, e-infrastructure, e-security and e-government — and 14 indicators such as internet speed, GDP per capita, mobile internet price and broadband internet price. The study is based on open-source information provided by the United Nations, World Bank, Freedom House, International Communications Union and other sources.

In the 2022 survey, Israel boasted the most affordable mobile internet access in the world. The index looked at the number of hours people had to work per month to afford access and found that Israelis can buy 1GB of mobile internet for as little as 5 seconds of work per month, 58 times less than in the US. Broadband internet affordability was more expensive, at 19 minutes of work, but better than the global average of six hours of work.

Also in 2022, Israel for the first time was ranked No. 10 in the Global Innovation Index, meaning it is among the world’s most innovative economies. This will come as no surprise to those who follow the stories from the Start-Up Nation, describing Israeli advances in computer hardware and software, electric vehicles, long-life batteries, medical technology, cyber security and cyber warfare, water creation, agriculture, drones, anti-missile defenses, avionics, and much, much more. Nearly every week another Israeli company becomes a “unicorn,” meaning that after its IPO, it has a valuation of more than one billion dollars. More Israeli companies are listed on the NY Stock Exchange than those of any other nation except China. More U.S. patents are held by Israelis than by people from any other country except the Japanese. And the pace of the Jewish state’s innovation keeps increasing.

More on this latest achievement for the tiny state is reported on here.

Israel breaks into the top 10 of the most innovative economies in the world for the first time, after several years of increased performance. Between 2018 and 2019, the rank increase for Israel is a mix of improved performance and better innovation data becoming available.

The economy remains number 1 in the Northern Africa and Western Asia region. It stands out for producing more innovation outputs relative to its level of innovation investments.

Israel keeps its position in the top 10 worldwide in the GII areas that measure the sophistication of the business sector and the quantity and quality of innovation outcomes.

In particular, Israel is world leader in the indicators related to research and development (R&D) – such as Researchers, Gross R&D expenditures, R&D performed by business, and Research talent,- and in the indicators related to information and communication technologies (ICTs) and on-line creativity, including ICT services exports, Wikipedia edits, and Mobile app creation.

Other indicators where Israel ranks in the top 3 include Patent families[sic] in two or more offices – a notable performance increase relative to last year – University/industry research collaboration, R&D financed by [sic] abroad , and Venture capital deals.

The cluster of Tel Aviv – Jerusalem makes it to the top 100 of the world’s top science and technology clusters, ranking 23rd this year.

What strikes one is that Israeli businesses plow back a greater percentage of their wealth into research and development than do businesses in any other country. In every category involving research– Researchers, Gross R&D expenditures, R&D by business, size of research talent, Israel comes in first place. Israel also does well in other categories, including patents, university/research collaborations, R&D financed from abroad: the world’s investors have been quick to put their money into Israeli innovations; every major American tech company now has an office in Israel, taking advantage of the country’s main resource — its brainpower. That resource – unlike the oil and gas of the Arabs – does not decrease over time. If anything, Israel’s pool of technological talent seems to have deepened, as reflected in its advances in every aspect of high tech. No doubt the more than one million Russian Jews who arrived in Israel since the l1980s, many of them highly-educated engineers, mathematicians, and scientists, have contributed to the ever-increasing amount of innovation that Israel has been experiencing. And these new immigrants have also staffed institutions of higher learning, turning out graduates who constitute a very deep bench for Israeli innovation.

In the stability of its democratic institutions and its solicitude for human rights, in the happiness of its people, in the innovations in its economy, Israel is judged by others to be either at the top, or near the top, in the list of the world’s countries. Not a bad record for a country so tiny that is scarcely discernible on the world map, and that has to expend so much time, money, and brainpower (think of Mossad and Shin Bet) to keep the country safe from the many millions of people who would love to remove the Jewish State from the face of the earth.

‘Highly Profitable’: Pediatric Gender Clinics Are Opening All Across The Country

Mon, 10/03/2022 - 21:00

This is pure evil. The country has lost its way.

‘Highly Profitable’: Pediatric Gender Clinics Are Opening All Across The Country

  • Pediatric gender clinics have popped up all over the country in vast numbers over the past 15 years, offering psychological, medical and even surgical interventions for children who feel uncomfortable with their biological sex.
  • The explosion of these clinics coincided with the rapid rise of transgender identity among American youths.
  • “It’s natural to assume that the medical profession has increased supply in response to demand for its services. Like most professionals, physicians and surgeons also seek to maximize their income,” Joseph Burgo, a California based clinical psychologist, told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

By: Daily Caller, October 3, 2022:

As many as 300 new pediatric gender clinics have opened in the U.S. over the past few decades amid soaring rates of transgender identity among adolescents, according to the Society for Evidence Based Gender Medicine.

As transgender identity has become more common, pediatric gender clinics have popped up all over the country offering various cross-sex medical services to minors. Individuals seeking to medically transition to the opposite sex can undergo a host of procedures including puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, double mastectomies for females and mammoplasty for males, facial surgeries and numerous other procedures on the genitals and reproductive system.

The Human Rights Campaign lists 60 pediatric gender clinics on its mapping project, which only includes “comprehensive multidisciplinary programs,” while the Gender Mapper puts the number over 200 and the Society for Evidence Based Gender Medicine (SEGM) estimates over 300. The number of clinics has exploded in recent years, with some estimates placing the first pediatric gender clinic in the U.S. to have opened as recently as 2007.

There are child gender clinics all over the country, including in Republican-led cities and states that have been vocal about cracking down on gender transitions for minors: Florida, Wyoming, Kansas, Montana and many southern states have multiple pediatric gender clinics, according to Gender Mapper.

Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, performed double mastectomies on minors, according to a video unearthed by the Daily Wire in which a woman identified as physician’s assistant Shalyn Vanderbloemen said the procedure was available to 16 and 17 year olds. The clinic also offers cross-sex hormones, which can permanently sterilize patients, to children as young as 13, according to the DW.

Dr. Sidhbh Gallager, a Miami-based plastic surgeon, performs 40 “top surgeries” per month, and one or two of those is on a minor, according to The New York Times. She said most underage patients were at least 15, but that she has performed the procedure on children aged 13 and 14.

Kaiser Permanente Oakland, a California hospital, performed 70 “top surgeries” in 2019 on teenagers age 13 to 18; it had only done five in 2013, according to a study.

“The number of pediatric gender clinics has risen dramatically during the last two decades just as the number of trans-identifying youth has increased by more than 4,000% over the same time period,” Joseph Burgo, a California based clinical psychologist and advisor to Genspect, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “It’s natural to assume that the medical profession has increased supply in response to demand for its services. Like most professionals, physicians and surgeons also seek to maximize their income and, as Dr. Shayne Taylor informed her Vanderbilt University Medical Center audience, gender medicine is highly profitable.”

Army Penalizing Soldiers Seeking Religious Accommodation to Vax Mandate

Made that much worse by the recent studies showing the damaging side effects – even death – of the Covid vaccine.

What better way for the Democrats to purge the military of the brave and principled?

Freedom of religion is another unalienable right shredded by the totalitarian godless Democrats.

Army penalizing soldiers seeking religious accommodation to vax mandate: ‘Technique of coercion’

Service members are calling it a ‘technique of coercion’ to force voluntary retirements

By Kelly Laco | Fox News | October 3, 2022:

Reps. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., and Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, discuss the treatment of U.S. soldiers and the FBI’s view of domestic extremism on ‘The Ingraham Angle.’

The U.S. Army is subjecting unvaccinated soldiers to punishments, including prohibiting off-base travel, halting promotions, and enforcing involuntary terminations from the service, which active-duty service members claim is a strategy to pressure them to abandon their deeply held religious beliefs.

An Army spokesperson confirmed to Fox News Digital that unvaccinated soldiers, including those without an approved religious accommodation exemption, are “subject to certain adverse administrative actions.”

“Soldiers who refuse the order to be vaccinated without an approved or pending exemption request are subject to certain adverse administrative actions, including flags, bars to continued service, and official reprimands (GOMORS),” said the spokesperson.

According to the Army’s public coronavirus statistics, 4,664 active-duty soldiers requested a religious exemption to the vaccine, but only 44 were granted. The Army has enacted 1,722 total separations with unvaccinated soldiers, according to the data. The Army did not detail how many separations were due to having been denied a religious exemption.

One current major in Army Special Operations, who was deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan, last year during the Biden administration’s deadly withdrawal and has served for almost 11 years, including three combat deployments, called it a “technique of coercion” being utilized by the military to force voluntary retirements.

“What [the Army] is doing, it’s a technique of coercion to stall people’s careers, to force voluntary retirements, voluntary exits,” he said. “In my case, I could be a year behind my peers, and that will have devastating results when it comes to my next promotion.”

The major explained that due to his unvaccinated status, he is being kept from getting his master’s degree at Liberty University, which will stall his career. In addition, he had already bought a house in Virginia and planned to move his family from Fort Bragg to their new home at the end of the summer, but he is now stuck in limbo because he has been barred from traveling.

“My career is still being stalled. They can’t claim it’s because I’m in the process of having a religious accommodation approved or reviewed, because that in and of itself is religious discrimination,” he said. “And they are cleverly crafting cases. So it appears as if they’re simply losing a higher rate of people to natural exit, not tying it to COVID or their policies. So I was intentionally trying to use the entitlements that I’ve earned and to demonstrate how they are in breach of contract and actively preventing their own officers’ advancement.”

Another service member who has been in the Army for 10 years told Fox News Digital that due to his unvaccinated status, he lost a promotion opportunity.

“I haven’t been made a platoon leader, and all my peers have, and I also have missed three training events that required travel,” he said.

Despite submitting a religious exemption request last October, it took the Army 11 months to respond with a formal denial.

“The extended period has caused a lot of uncertainty in my own life and my family’s life. I’m married with three kids. And so I don’t know if I’m going to have a job in a year, despite having served for 10 years already. And so just overall, this whole process has prevented me from advancing in my career,” he told Fox News Digital.

Another service member, who participated in the Joint Army/Marine Corps evacuation effort in Afghanistan last August, told Fox News Digital that the whole exemption process has been frustrating.

“It’s troubling being in limbo like this,” he said. “First off, with the Army not acknowledging your First Amendment rights and issues, they have to guard. But second, just not knowing at what point you’re going to get the boot and need to have that income stream in order to not get foreclosed on, or what have you.”

“The most troubling piece” of the entire process, he elaborated, is that soldiers were cautioned against submitting religious exemptions in the first place, because if their faith were found to be “insincere” by the Army, they could be subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

“It’s coercion,” he explained. “I’m frustrated as a service member, but I am appalled as taxpayer in how much time and money the Department of Defense has wasted on this.”

In addition, he explained that most of the service members’ exemption denials contained almost identical language and punctuation, which he said is a violation of First Amendment rights.

“I do not believe that it was a mere coincidence that every commander used the same verbiage (including the same punctuation) in the chain of command recommendations for the religious accommodation requests. It seems there was a template pushed down through the legal channels with an emphasis to recommend disapproval. The Surgeon General then uses the chain of command recommendations to justify his denial of the religious accommodation requests. It seems there has been a gross violation of the requirement to actually consider each individual request in accordance with the law,” he stated.

The Pentagon has come under scrutiny for its “potential noncompliance” with the individualized and thorough review required under federal law for each religious exemption request.

The Pentagon’s watchdog recently said the Department of Defense is in “potential noncompliance” with standards for reviewing and denying religious exemptions to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, according to a report obtained by Fox News Digital last month.
