8 Ways Government Shielded Joe Biden From The ‘Laptop From Hell’

Biden and his backers lied to Americans that the Hunter Biden laptop was “Russian disinformation.” While that might merely qualify as dirty politics, our government’s assistance in burying the scandal constituted election interference.

Though we don’t yet know the extent of government involvement in the info ops, the evidence already indicates eight potential actions taken to protect Biden from what former President Donald Trump and others have since called the “laptop from hell” and hand him the White House.

1. Feds Seized Laptop, Shushed Mac Isaac

Americans might never have known of the extensive evidence of the Biden-family pay-to-play scandal contained on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop if John Paul Mac Isaac hadn’t copied the hard drive before handing it over to the FBI. Likewise, had Mac Isaac, who owned the Delaware repair shop where Hunter Biden had abandoned the computer, cowered to the alleged threat made by an FBI agent, the scandal would have been buried too.

According to Mac Isaac, in December 2019, two federal agents arrived at his Wilmington store to retrieve the laptop, following the issuance of a subpoena. Attempting to lighten the situation, Mac Isaac claims he quipped, “Hey, lads, I’ll remember to change your names when I write the book.”

Mac Isaac maintains that while one agent, Wilson, continued to walk toward the door, “Agent DeMeo paused and turned to face me.” Mac Isaac alleges the agent replied: “It is our experience that nothing ever happens to people that don’t talk about these things.”

In his later-penned book, “American Injustice: My Battle to Expose the Truth,” the computer repair store owner wrote that the incident left him wondering if he was “being paranoid or had what the agent just told me been a direct threat, or at best a thinly veiled one?”

The FBI’s seizure of the laptop represents the government’s first effort to quiet the Biden family pay-to-play scandal, with the alleged threat to Mac Isaac another early attempt by a government official to protect Joe Biden.

2. FBI Made Laptop Off Limits

Of course, had the FBI seized the laptop for investigative purposes, that would have been a different matter, but the evidence suggests that was not the reason agents removed the computer.

Consider the timing: The FBI was alerted to the existence of the laptop in October 2019, when they were reportedly told that, in addition to pornography, the computer contained information “dealing with foreign interests, a pay-for-play scheme linked to the former administration, [and] lots of foreign money.” The FBI, however, waited two months before obtaining a subpoena for the laptop.

Then, upon seizing the laptop, according to multiple whistleblowers, the “local FBI leadership told employees, ‘You will not look at that Hunter Biden laptop.’” The whistleblowers further alleged that “the FBI did not begin to examine the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop until after the 2020 presidential election — potentially a year after the FBI obtained the laptop in December 2019.”

These facts strongly suggest the FBI seized the laptop to protect then-candidate Joe Biden by keeping the contents secret.

3. FBI Presumably Gave Inaccurate Briefing

If, as the whistleblowers claim, the FBI did not review the laptop until after the 2020 presidential election, the government’s pre-election defensive briefings for Biden would have been inaccurate. It is even possible intelligence agencies falsely told Biden the laptop — or possibly the Post’s reporting on it — was Russian disinformation.

The FBI’s alleged failure to review the laptop until after the election would also have prevented the government from advising Biden about the video of Hunter telling a prostitute in 2018 that he believed a group of Russians had stolen another laptop from him. By failing to give Biden complete and accurate defensive briefings, the government gave the campaign “plausible deniability.” The FBI also eliminated the need for Biden to get ahead of the story by “coming clean” on any of the laptop’s scandalous details — something a politician not assisted by the government would do.

4. Government Sources Lied to Media

While the government’s first three assists to the Biden campaign occurred behind the scenes and were more subtle, FBI officials evidently intervened publicly after the New York Post broke its first story on Oct. 14, 2020.

First came the Oct. 15, 2020, “leak” to Russia-collusion hoaxer Ken Dilanian, who ran an “exclusive” at NBC, reporting that “federal investigators are examining whether emails allegedly describing activities by Joe Biden and his son Hunter and found on a laptop at a Delaware repair shop are linked to a foreign intelligence operation.” The next day, USA Today similarly reported the FBI’s supposed involvement in investigating whether a Russian influence operation was behind the disclosure of the Hunter Biden emails. On Oct. 17, 2020, USA Today reiterated that the “federal authorities” are investigating whether the laptop is “disinformation pushed by Russia.”

Leaking to help a political campaign is bad enough, but worse is that while unnamed government sources told select outlets the FBI was investigating the laptop as a potential “disinformation campaign,” the FBI was doing no such thing. It already knew the laptop was real and not hacked.

5. Other Leaks Pushed ‘Russia Disinfo’ Narrative

The government also helped the Biden campaign build the false Russian-disinformation narrative with other leaks. On Oct. 14, 2020 — the same day as the New York Post’s first Hunter Biden laptop story — the New York Times reported U.S. intelligence analysts “had picked up Russian chatter that stolen Burisma emails” would be released as an “October surprise.” “Burisma, of course, was the Ukrainian energy company that paid Hunter nearly $1 million to sit on its board during his father’s final year as vice president.”

According to the Times, “intelligence analysts” feared “the Burisma material would be leaked alongside forged materials in an attempt to hurt Mr. Biden’s candidacy.” The leak and this spin prepared the public to disregard the laptop, or to assume the more damaging documents were “forged.”

The Washington Post pushed similar leaks, with the outlet reporting on Oct. 15, “U.S. intelligence agencies warned the White House last year that President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudolph W. Giuliani was the target of an influence operation by Russian intelligence.” This leak helped bolster the Biden campaign’s claim the laptop was Russian disinformation since Giuliani had provided the hard drive to the Post.

In fact, in responding to the media about the laptop scandal, Andrew Bates, then a Biden campaign spokesman and the director of his “rapid response” team, consistently spun the scandal as one about Giuliani’s supposed connection “to Russian intelligence.” These other government leaks gave the Biden campaign more cover.

6. Government Pressed Social Media to Censor

In addition to leaking false claims to the media, the government interfered in the 2020 election by priming Big Tech companies to censor the laptop story.

Americans first learned of this scandal last August when Facebook’s founder, Mark Zuckerberg, told Joe Rogan, “The FBI basically came to us, some folks on our team, [saying,] ‘Hey just so you know, you should be on high alert.” According to Zuckerberg, the FBI told Facebook that “we thought there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election,” and “we have it on notice that basically there’s about to be some kind of dump similar to that so just be vigilant.”

Zuckerberg said that, based on the FBI’s warning, Facebook treated the New York Post’s bombshell story as “potentially misinformation, important misinformation.” Then, while Facebook worked to determine the authenticity of the laptop, it “decreased its distribution of the story by making the story rank lower in the news feed.”

While Facebook merely decreased distribution of the explosive reporting, Twitter barred sharing of the story — and it was the government’s warnings of a “hack and leak” operation that prompted the censorship.

As Yoel Roth, Twitter’s then-head of trust and safety, explained in a letter to the Federal Election Commission, “since 2018 he had regular meetings with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, and industry peers regarding election security.” And “during these weekly meetings, the federal law enforcement agencies communicated that they expected ‘hack-and-leak operations’ by state actors might occur in the period shortly before the 2020 presidential election, likely in October.”

The government’s “prior warnings of a hack-and-leak operation and doubts about the provenance of the materials republished in the N.Y. Post articles,” Roth explained, led its Site Integrity Team to conclude “the materials could have been obtained through hacking,” and thereby block the sharing of the story.

The government’s repeated warnings led, at a minimum, Twitter and Facebook to censor the story. Yet after the story broke, when Facebook asked Laura Dehmlow, the FBI’s section chief for the Foreign Influence Tax Force, about status of the laptop, she refused to comment.

The FBI’s failure to correct the tech companies’ misapprehension that the laptop was either disinformation or part of a hack-and-leak operation contrasts with how the government handled other inquiries. For instance, when asked by Facebook to fact-check information for the platform, Brian Scully, an official with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, “responded with an explanation of why the government believed that the report was misinformation violating Facebook’s terms of service.”

7. Potentially More Government Interference

It’s possible the FBI did more behind the scenes to prompt censorship of the laptop story, such as by feeding Twitter false leaks, as the government did with legacy media outlets.

Of particular concern is FBI Agent Elvis Chan’s Oct. 16, 2020, email directing two high-level Twitter executives to monitor their Teleporter messages for two important documents. The content of those documents, transmitted via the FBI’s secure Teleporter system, remains a mystery, but the timing is suspect.

Also disconcerting is the role Jim Baker had in pushing Twitter to censor the story. Baker, who was previously the FBI’s general counsel, worked at Twitter as a deputy general counsel during the relevant time. On the morning of Oct. 14, 2020, after the Post story broke, Baker pushed for Twitter to err on the side of caution by banning the coverage. That same day Baker arranged a phone conversation with Matthew Perry in the FBI’s Office of General Counsel.

Both Chan’s email to Twitter and Baker’s conversation with the FBI Office of General Counsel provided another opportunity for the FBI to interfere in the 2020 election by feeding Twitter fake intel. Of course, the communications could instead be unrelated to the laptop scandal and the timing merely coincidental.

Another potential for government interference came when the 51 former intelligence officials joined together to pen their public statement declaring the laptop story had all the hallmarks of a foreign disinformation campaign. While we now know the Biden campaign’s role in prompting that letter, it is unknown whether any current government officials assisted in the efforts.

8. ‘Twitter Files’ Show Potential Military Connection

Another potential connection between the government and the laptop info ops came from the latest “Twitter Files” released earlier this week. In Andrew Lowenthal’s “Twitter Files 20” thread, he revealed an email referencing the “2020 U.S. Elections Tabletop Exercise,” sent from an individual connected to Harvard Law School to two individuals connected to Harvard’s Intellectual Property in Cyberspace program, as well as a slew of individuals with military email accounts.

Significantly, CCed on the email were individuals from organizations that had participated in the Aspen Institute’s “Tabletop Exercise” that prophetically used a “hack-and-leak” “October Surprise” involving Hunter Biden to game the media’s supposedly “appropriate” response to the release of Biden communications. Thus, this email suggests a connection between the military and some of those who participated in Aspen’s exercise. The timing of the email is also striking: It is dated Oct. 20, 2020 — the day after the 51 former intelligence officials released their deceptive statement framing the laptop as Russian disinformation.

What role, if any, our military had in pushing the hoax remains to be seen. But what is already abundantly clear is that our government helped peddle the Democrats’ info ops on the American public.

“Must be willing to use force up to and including the use of deadly force.” Sick. The Democrats are at war against its own citizens.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is looking to hire special agents who carry guns and make arrests with jobs available in all 50 states, according to a posting on the agency’s website.

The law enforcement branch of the IRS, known as the Criminal Investigation (CI) division, is hiring for the role at locations throughout the U.S. IRS special agents within the CI division are the only IRS employees who are authorized by law to carry and use firearms. IRS-CI investigates financial crimes, money laundering, tax-related identity theft and terrorist financing efforts.

Under the posting’s “major duties” section, the IRS says that special agents “[c]arry a firearm; must be prepared to protect him/herself or others from physical attacks at any time and without warning and use firearms in life-threatening situations; must be willing to use force up to and including the use of deadly force.”

Additionally, IRS-CI special agents must be “willing and able to participate in arrests, execution of search warrants, and other dangerous assignments.” The posting adds that special agents need to maintain “a level of fitness necessary to effectively respond to life-threatening situations on the job.”

Jobseekers must meet a number of other requirements, including having U.S. citizenship and being between the age of 21 at the time of completing the training academy and 37 at the time of appointment.

Would-be special agents with the IRS’ Criminal Investigation division must be able to pass pre-employment medical and tax exams, in addition to passing a drug test and being legally allowed to possess firearms.

The IRS’ job posting for the role on USAJobs opened in mid-February and will remain open through the end of the year. The posting lists 360 vacancies in 249 locations around the country — at least one of which is in each state.

IRS special agents in the CI division can expect a salary between $52,921 and $94,228 annually.

The IRS faced criticism last year when a similar posting went live amid debate in Congress over Democrats’ Inflation Reduction Act, which included $80 billion in increased funding for the IRS over a decade — much of which was intended to help the agency crack down on tax evasion.

Similar language related to the use of force and carrying firearms is listed on other federal law enforcement job postings that involve field work and potentially dangerous situations.

18 House Dems Vote Against Resolution Honoring the US-Israeli Ties – Find Out Who They Are!

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) and 18 House Democrats on Tuesday voted against a resolution that honored the U.S.-Israeli relationship on Israel’s 75th Independence Day and expressed support for expanding and strengthening the Abraham Accords — the 2020 agreement establishing diplomatic ties between Israel and the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, as was reported by TheHill.com.

Rep. Ann Wagner (R-MO), the lead sponsor of the resolution, said in a statement following the vote that the “bipartisan passage of this resolution reaffirms our commitment to the people of Israel and promotes vital security assistance so they can defend themselves in the face of an increasingly aggressive Iran,” JewishInsider.com reported.

Rep. Kathy Manning (R-NC), Mike McCaul (R-TX) and Brad Schneider (D-IL) were original co-sponsors of the legislation.

The resolution — which had bipartisan sponsorship — cleared the chamber in a 401-19 vote, the Hill reported. Massie, who frequently votes against legislation pertaining to international matters, was the only Republican to oppose the measure.

The Hill reported that in a statement, Massie said, “Ultimately it didn’t make sense for me to vote for a bill that praises the foreign aid that I’ve voted against for the past ten years.”

He was joined by 18 Democrats, 17 of whom are members of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, the Hill reported. Progressives who voted against the measure included Reps. Jamaal Bowman (N.Y.), Cori Bush (Mo.), Andre Carson (Ind.), Mark DeSaulnier (Calif.), Jesús “Chuy” García (Ill.), Raúl Grijalva (Ariz.), Jared Huffman (Calif.), Pramila Jayapal (Wash.), Hank Johnson (Ga.), Summer Lee (Pa.), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.), Ilhan Omar (Minn.), Mark Pocan (Wis.), Ayanna Pressley (Mass.), Delia Ramirez (Ill.), Rashida Tlaib (Mich.) and Nydia Velázquez (N.Y.), as was reported by The Hill.

Rep. Betty McCollum (D-Minn.), who is not a member of the Progressive Caucus, also opposed the resolution.

A statement issued by a group including several high-ranking Democrats — and Manning and Schneider — raised concerns about the resolution text, specifically its omission of support for a two-state solution, according to the report on the JewishInsider.com web site.

The statement read: “Unlike previous resolutions honoring Israel’s birthday and achievements, this resolution, principally drafted by Republicans, broke the longstanding bipartisan tradition of acknowledging the importance of achieving a two-state solution between Israelis and Palestinians. However, the strong bipartisan vote on the resolution was an important opportunity for the House to formally express our support for Israel as we have on similar occasions in the past.”

Signatories to the statement included Reps. Greg Meeks (D-NY), Jerry Nadler (D-NY), Dean Phillips (D-MN), Jamie Raskin (D-MD), David Cicilline (D-RI), Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL), Manning and Schneider, as was reported by JewishInsider.com.

Following the vote, the left-wing organization, J Street, urged congressional offices to sign onto a new letter by Raskin and Anna Eshoo (D-CA) criticizing Israeli judicial reform efforts and expressing support for the Israeli protest movement, according to an email communication from J Street to congressional staffers that was obtained by Jewish Insider.

Jamaal Bowman, who voted against the resolution, is a House member who represents parts of the Bronx and Westchester in New York. He had unseated longtime incumbent Rep. Elliot Engel several years ago. Jewish Insider reported that Bowman voted in favor of the Iron Dome missile defense system funding for Israel but faced intense pushback from the Democratic Socialists of America for that vote and for traveling to Israel, and has since adopted a more critical stance toward the U.S.-Israel relationship and the Abraham Accords.

Also voting against the resolution were freshman legislators Lee and Ramirez, who are new additions to the growing number of Democrats that have been the most critical of Israeli policies, the JewishInsider.com reported.

Ocasio-Cortez voted “present” on the Iron Dome bill but later expressed regret for not voting against it, and has otherwise been critical of Israel during her tenure, according to the JewishInsider.com report, Johnson also voted present on the Iron Dome bill.

The JewishInsider.com also reported that DeSaulnier co-sponsored McCollum’s 2021 bill calling for restrictions on aid to Israel and urged the administration to attempt to block the evictions of Palestinians in the Masafer Yatta area in the Judea and Samaria region of Israel. But he also co-sponsored the Israel Relations Normalization Act, which called for the U.S. to support the expansion and deepening of the Abraham Accords. In a 2021 Fox News interview, the JewishInsider.com reported. DeSaulnier described Israel as a “thriving democracy” and said he is “very supportive of and respectful of the challenges that Israel is going through.”

The measure considered on Tuesday specifically calls for “encouraging the expansion and strengthening of the Abraham Accords to urge other nations to normalize relations with Israel and ensure that existing agreements reap tangible security and economic benefits for the citizens of those countries and all peoples in the region, “ as was reported by The Hill.

The Hill also reported that the resolution also said the House encourages Washington and Tel Aviv “to continue to deepen and expand bilateral cooperation” on economic, security and civilian matters. It “expresses continued support for security assistance to Israel as outlined in the United States-Israel Memorandum of Understanding to ensure that Israel can defend itself by itself.”

Additionally, the resolution stated that the House “supports Israel’s robust involvement as an active member of the community of nations to benefit Israel and the United States as partners who share common values and a commitment to democracy.”

As to why some House Democrats voted against the legislation, political insiders have taken note of the fact that for a great many years now, Israel has not enjoyed bi-partisan support in Congress as it once had. The Hill noted that “progressives” in the House and namely in the Democratic party have regularly criticized the Israeli government’s treatment of Palestinians, particularly under the tenure of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

One source familiar with congressional trends told the Jewish Voice, “The sad fact is that most supporters of Israel in the US, whether they be Jewish or non-Jewish, have had great difficulty coming to terms with the tragic reality which is that the woke, progressive Democrats in Congress have a far-left agenda which includes coming down strong against Israel and criticizing her at every turn. Among mainstream Democrats, there are very few who will condemn them for excoriating Israel and abandoning her. What really boggles everyone’s mind is that Jews still turn out in droves to vote for Democratic candidates in local and national elections, even though they despise Israel and want to see her destroyed.”

The Abraham Accords, signed under the Trump administration, normalized relations between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, making Abu Dhabi the first Arab country to establish relations with Tel Aviv in more than two decades, as was reported by The Hill. Bahrain also signed onto the accords after pronouncements from Sudan and Morocco to strengthen relations with Israel.

The Hill also reported that in a statement, Michael McCaul (R-TX), the chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee said, “The United States and Israel have stood together as partners since Israel’s founding 75 years ago to overcome shared challenges and global threats. Together, we’ve achieved major milestones, such as the signing of the historic Abraham Accords. I look forward to continuing the longstanding tradition of friendship and partnership between our two countries.”

Biden Administration Paves Way for Confucius Institute Affiliate Schools to Receive Federal Funding

The Biden administration is quietly helping American universities that host China’s Confucius Institute on their campuses circumvent a ban on receiving federal funds.

The Defense Department in late March announced that it would grant waivers to allow schools to host chapters of the Confucius Institute, a Chinese Communist Party-backed program that Beijing uses to peddle influence and steal intellectual property from American universities. The department’s waiver program is a response to the 2021 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which barred American colleges and universities from receiving federal dollars if they maintain Confucius Institute chapters.

Worse still, even Hannity lost a million as Tucker was the lead in for Sean’s show.

Iran seized oil tanker headed for Texas, U.S. Navy says

The U.S. Navy said Iran seized a Marshall Islands-flagged oil tanker in the Gulf of Oman on Thursday amid wider tensions over Tehran’s nuclear program.

The Navy’s Mideast-based 5th Fleet identified the vessel as the Advantage Sweet. Satellite tracking data for the vessel from MarineTraffic.com showed it in the Gulf of Oman just north of Oman’s capital, Muscat, on Thursday afternoon. It had just come from Kuwait and listed its destination as Houston, Texas.

What difference does that make now? It passed. The Democrats’ lies have served their purpose.

Abby Grossberg’s lawyers are reviewing ‘thirty-four hours’ of recordings she made while at the show

Lawyers for Abby Grossberg confirmed to The Spectator that the former Fox News producer never actually met Tucker Carlson in person while working on his show.

“Like many on the [Tucker Carlson Tonight] staff, Abby never met Tucker Carlson in person because he taped the show from his personal studios in Maine and Florida, and he did not visit Fox’s NY HQ during her time there,” Kimberly A. Catala, one of the attorneys representing Grossberg, said.

The statement confirms a recent report from a former Fox News employee and complicates the story about Carlson, Grossberg and the workplace environment on the show he hosted — as well as the lawsuit’s alleged connection to Carlson’s firing on Monday.

Grossberg, who was the head of booking for the show from July 2022 until she was placed on administrative leave in March of this year, alleges that Carlson encouraged a hostile and sexist workplace environment among his employees. Grossberg says she was subjected to bullying, antisemitic comments and sexism by staff while working out of Fox’s Manhattan office.

“Tucker and his executive producer Justin Wells, who was also fired, really were responsible for breaking me and making my life a living hell,” Grossberg said in an MSNBC interview with Nicolle Wallace yesterday.

Grossberg’s lawyers said she was in contact with Carlson on a daily basis over text and email and that the two also spoke on the phone until she left the network. They suggested that since Carlson was not present in the New York office, the “sexist” environment was perpetrated at his direction by other employees who served as his “eyes” and “ears.”

“Since Tucker did not come to the Fox office, he relied on Justin Wells, his executive producer, and others like Alexander McCaskill, senior producer, who were present in the office every day to be his eyes, ears and mouthpiece, and to convey his ‘tone,’ as they threateningly reminded Ms. Grossberg,” Catala said.

Every Democrat voted against it. They are on the record for increasing inflation and driving the country deeper into insolvency and ruin.

Fox News: House Republicans on Wednesday delivered Speaker Kevin McCarthy the biggest win of his tenure leading the chamber so far by passing his bill to raise the debt limit and slash spending, a bill that serves as the GOP’s position on how to avoid a debt crisis in the coming weeks. The bill passed in a narrow 217-215 vote. Every Democrat voted against it, as expected, along with four Republicans. Republicans cast the vote as a win that puts them in the driver’s seat in negotiations they hope can happen with President Biden in the coming weeks. Biden has refused to entertain anything other than a clean increase in the debt ceiling, while Republicans insist he should agree to some trimming in the federal budget as a condition of raising the government’s borrowing limit (Fox News).

Spencer Brown: In any case, the debt ceiling ball is now entirely in the Democrats’ court — both at the White House and in the U.S. Senate. If Democrats don’t propose a plan and offer to negotiate with McCarthy to find common ground, then Biden and Schumer will own the first default in United States history (Townhall).

In just days, viewership of Tucker’s time slot went from 3.5 million to 1.7 million…..and dropped to third place in the key demographic among adults 25-54.

Fox News suffered a huge drop in its primetime ratings on Monday following Tucker Carlson’s sudden ouster, the damage was far more substantial on Tuesday night. Newsmax, which has aggressively pursued Carlson’s audience after his firing, appeared to be the main beneficiary of the departure from Fox.

On Tuesday night, Fox News averaged only 1.777 million total viewers and 159,000 in the key primetime advertising demographic of viewers ages 25-54 down close to two million viewers from Tucker’s traditional highs.

Last night, Tucker posted a video on Twitter at 8:00 pm this evening, the same time his show would air on Fox. That video was viewed over forty three million times.

While temporarily replacing Carlson, host Brian Kilmeade pulled in just 1.7 million viewers—half of the 3.25 million Carlson averaged last month. Additionally, fellow Fox primetime stars Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham saw their audiences shrink substantially. Meanwhile, Newsmax’s primetime viewership surged to 425,000 on Tuesday, compared to 129,000 last week and 113,000 average in March. Eric Bolling, the ex-Fox host who anchors the pro-Trump channel’s 8 p.m. slot, more than quadrupled his recent ratings by attracting 562,000 viewers overall.

+There were many fine, impassioned speakers. A genuinely diverse group.

Madeline Brame, who chairs the nonprofit Victims Rights Reform Council, told committee members that Bragg’s mishandling of her son Hason Correa’s 2018 killing began a few months after the district attorney took office last year.

“DA Bragg has demonstrated over and over again that he has no regard or concern for human life or victims of crime,” Brame testified. [NY Daily News]

There was no apology for their lack of empathy. Trump was their focus, their boogey-man.

“When Alvin Bragg came into office, he was handed a strong, trial-ready murder case and gang assault case against all four of these individuals,” she said, before recounting how “the case immediately began to unravel.”

“He dismissed — completely dismissed — gang assault and murder indictments against two of the defendants clearly on video participating in the brutal, savage slaughter of my son,” Brame went on. “Hason was kicked, punched, stomped and stabbed nine times by four individuals whom he did not know, nor had he done them any harm.”

Four siblings — Christopher, James and Mary Saunders, and another brother, Travis Stewart — attacked the 35-year-old married father of three outside a Harlem apartment building.

James Saunders pled guilty to gang assault and second-degree murder and was sentenced to 20 years to life in prison, below the maximum of 25 years to life — along with Christopher Saunders who was also convicted of gang assault and sentenced to 20 years to life.

Travis Stewart also pled guilty to gang assault but was sentenced to just seven years in prison. Mary Saunders was released from prison last May on time served after having spent 14 months at Rikers Island.

“Travis will be out in the next 18 months,” Brame said. “Mary Saunders — this savage is currently walking the streets of Harlem like she didn’t just participate in the brutal slaughter of another human being — home with her family, home with her children.

“If that’s not a threat to public safety, I don’t know what is,” she added. “And as far as the Manhattan district attorney’s office, if he’s receiving one penny of federal dollars, you need to pull that funding until he starts doing his damn job and prosecuting crime.”

Audience members broke into applause several times during Brame’s testimony, prompting Jordan to remind spectators of the hearing’s rules of decorum.  [NY POST]

Tucker Carlson Issues First Public Comments Since Fox News Exit

Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson issued his first public comments since it was announced that he would be departing the network earlier this week, appearing outside his home in Florida with his wife.

“Retirement is going great so far,” he joked to the Daily Mail, which published photos of him and his wife outside of his Boca Grande house while driving a golf cart. “I haven’t eaten dinner with my wife on a weeknight in seven years.”

When asked about his future plans, Carlson again joked: “Appetizers plus entree.” According to the Mail reporter, he drove away in the golf cart with his wife without elaborating on what he is going to do next.

Neither Fox News nor Carlson have provided any details about why he suddenly left the network after hosting one of the top-rated cable news programs for years. A news release issued by the company said the two parted ways and said it would use a rotating slate of hosts for a temporary show during the 8 p.m. timeslot until a new host is named……

The Ratings Are In: Viewers Sent Fox News an Unmistakable Message on First Night Without Tucker Carlsoni

The ratings curve that used to peak for Fox News when Tucker Carlson’s 8 p.m. time slot came around cratered Monday nght as viewers used their clickers to react to Carlson’s abrupt firing.

Fox announced Monday that Carlson was no longer with the network and that for the time being, rotating hosts will fill his spot.

With Brian Kilmeade taking the first show, viewers apparently decided they were not curious enough about what the program might hold to tune in and find out.

Fox’s 8 p.m. time slot, which attracted 3.2 million viewers the Monday before Carlson was forced to walk the plank, garnered 2.6 million yesterday, according to Mediaite. That was still good enough to take first place in the time slot.

Without Carlson to draw viewers in, Fox lost the 9 p.m. time slot to MSNBC, as Sean Hannity’s 2.5 million viewers were eclipsed by the 2.7 million who tuned in to see Rachel Maddow.

In terms of viewers in the 25 to 54 demographic, Fox’s substitute show was 37 percent lower in the ratings than what Carlson achieved in that time.

The Hollywood Reporter noted that Newsmax seemed to be the biggest gainer from Fox’s loss.

The network’s 8 p.m. offering, “Eric Bolling The Balance,” attracted 531,000 viewers, while its 9 p.m. show, “Greg Kelly Reports,” attracted 540,000.

That was roughly three times the averages for those shows. Bolling’s show averaged 145,000 viewers during the first quarter of the year and Kelly averaged 141,000.

Fox is suffering in more than just the ratings department following Carlson’s departure.

In the wake of Tucker Carlson’s departure from Fox News, a speech that he gave after his final show aired drew attention on social media.

During the Heritage Foundation’s 50th-anniversary celebration on Saturday, Carlson gave a speech about society-wide moral decay. During the speech, the former Fox News host did not indicate he would be departing the network.

“You look around and you see so many people break under the strain under the downward of whatever this is that we are going through. And you look with disdain and sadness as you see people you know become quislings. You see them revealed as cowards. You see them going along with the new, new thing which is clearly a poisonous thing, a silly thing,” he stated. “You know, saying things you know they don’t believe because they want to keep their jobs. If there’s a single person in this room who hasn’t seen that through George Floyd, COVID, and the Ukraine war, raise your hand? Oh nobody? Right. You all know what I’m talking about.”

Carlson added to the audience: “And you’re so disappointed in people. You are. And you realize that the herd instinct is maybe the strongest instinct. I mean, it may be stronger than the hunger and sex instincts, actually. The instinct, which again, is inherent to be like everybody else and not to be cast out of the group, not to be shunned.”

His speech to the conservative organization came just a day after his final Fox News show aired. Toward the end of the program, Carlson told his viewers that he would be back on Monday, suggesting that the decision for him to leave may have been initiated by Fox.

“But you look around and you see these people and some of them really have paid a heavy price for telling the truth and they are cast out of their groups whatever those groups are but they do it,” he said later in his speech. “Anyway, I look on at those people with the deepest possible admiration,” Carlson said. “I’m paid to do that. I face no penalty. Someone came up to me, ‘You’re so brave.’ Really?!?! I’m a talk show host.”

“It’s like I can’t have any opinion I want. That’s my job. That’s why they pay me. It’s not brave to tell the truth on a cable news show and if you’re not doing that you’re really an idiot, you’re really craven. You’re lying on television? Why would you do that? You’re literally making a living to say what you think and you can’t even do that, please.”

Today, a whistleblower is set to testify before Congress with bombshell claims that the federal government has essentially become a “middleman” in a child trafficking ring along the southern border, an operation that is allegedly worth billions.

BREAKING: Whistleblower To Expose US Gov’t Involvement In Massive Child Trafficking Operation

On Wednesday, a whistleblower is set to testify in front of a House Judiciary subcommittee that the United States government has been operating as the “middleman” to a multi-billion dollar migrant child trafficking operation, Fox News reported.

The alleged child trafficking is believed to be taking place via the unsecured Southern border of the US. The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement will be evaluating the number of unaccompanied children crossing the southern border on Wednesday’s hearing.

Three witnesses are testifying at the hearing, which is titled “The Biden Border Crisis: Exploitation of Unaccompanied Alien Children.”

One of those testifying is Tara Lee Rodas, a former employee, and whistleblower at the Department of Health and Human Services. A copy of Rodas’ testimony, obtained by Fox News, will detail the US government’s alleged role in child trafficking at the border.

“Today, children will work overnight shifts at slaughterhouses, factories, restaurants to pay their debts to smugglers and traffickers. Today, children will be sold for sex,” Rodas is planning on testifying. “Today, children will call a hotline to report they are being abused, neglected, and trafficked. For nearly a decade, unaccompanied children have been suffering in the shadows.”

Rodas will, citing her work experience with the HHS’ resettlement office, argue the US government is operating a “large scale, multi-billion-dollar, child trafficking operation run by bad actors seeking to profit off the lives of children.”

“I thought I was going to help place children in loving homes. Instead, I discovered that children are being trafficked through a sophisticated network that begins with being recruited in their home country, smuggled to the U.S. border, and ends when ORR delivers a child to a sponsor – some sponsors are criminals and traffickers and members of Transnational Criminal Organizations. Some sponsors view children as commodities and assets to be used for earning income – this is why we are witnessing an explosion of labor trafficking,” Rodas will explain.

“Whether intentional or not, it can be argued that the U.S. Government has become the middleman in a large scale, multi-billion-dollar, child trafficking operation run by bad actors seeking to profit off the lives of children.”

The former HHS employee intends to call for a congressional investigation into the federal agencies overseeing the transportation of migrants into the US. “We can no longer turn a blind eye and pretend this isn’t happening. Congress has the power to stop this, which is why I am calling on you to do what is right.”

Recent reports have shown the Biden administration has been unable to contact nearly 100,000 child immigrants. “The Biden administration has been rocked by a number of reports that officials have been unable to make contact with over 85,000 child migrants, and more recently that administration officials ignored signs of “explosive” growth in child labor,” Fox News reported……

Soros’s Open Society Policy Center spent $1.6 million lobbying the White House and Congress to support the American Rescue Plan and Inflation Reduction Act, according to lobbying disclosures filed this month. It marks a return to K Street for Soros’s group, which hasn’t lobbied since 2020.

“George Soros’s Open Societies Network has exercised enormous influence over this administration since day one, particularly in support of the so-called Inflation Reduction Act,” said Parker Thayer, an investigative researcher at the Capital Research Center, which monitors Democratic advocacy groups.

“The reopening of the Open Societies lobbying shop, which was once the second largest lobbying group in the nation, indicates that the Open Societies network plans to continue doing what it does best: accumulating power,” Thayer told the Washington Free Beacon.

The lobbying provides support for Biden as some of his landmark legislation faces bipartisan opposition. Sen. Joe Manchin (D., W.V.) recently said he may vote for a GOP-backed measure to repeal the Inflation Reduction Act, which provides $1.7 trillion to fund various green energy initiatives. Biden is likely to tout his passage of that bill and others in his 2024 campaign, which he launched Tuesday with the slogan “Finish the Job.”

Soros could stand to gain financially from many of Biden’s green initiatives, the Capital Research Center reported. Soros’s hedge funds have invested billions in companies like Rivian Automotive, a California electric car maker that, in an ironic twist, laid off 6 percent of its workforce last year due to high inflation.

Lobbying is only one way Soros wields influence over Democrats. The billionaire is one of the party’s biggest campaign donors, and funnels tens of millions of dollars each year to advocacy groups that advance progressive causes.

Open Society’s lobbyists have maintained access to the White House throughout Biden’s first term. Micaela Fernandez Allen, a former aide to Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi who leads Open Society’s lobbying arm, met on Dec. 15 with Rachel Chiu, an official at the White House office of political strategy and outreach, according to White House visitor logs.

According to lobbying disclosures, Allen has lobbied the White House on implementation of the American Rescue Plan, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and CHIPs Act. She also met with the White House regarding bills to rescind the Inflation Reduction Act.

The host of the ratings juggernaut “Tucker Carlson Tonight” was abruptly axed Monday.

This is the beginning of communication blackout. The legacy media are going to hype up a sexual harassment story as the reason for the firing to smear him on his way out so he won’t engender such love, loyalty, backlash, passion in terms of making people feel worth fighting for him and boycotting. alleging that his show’s workplace was replete with examples of misogyny.

According to Vanity Fair, Carlson has told people he believes his show was killed and he was fired because the Murdoch family plans to sell Fox News. The report cited sources it did not name. I don’t believe left wing media and besides the point. Tucker was blindsided. They knew what they were doing, him not so much.

If you take a couple steps back, I think it’s obvious that this was an important deplatforming before the next election. Notice others’ job exits everywhere, the shuffle begins as the deep state readies its next trick. Their one winning move is controlling the winning hand through messaging and elections. They recently figured out how to do elections. Before that it was bring in illegals and make voter laws lax. They messaging they had down, it was the media and big tech stranglehold so if there is a communication problem, conquer it like Drudge, like Fox, etc. Tucker was too outspoken and influential and maga defending, so goodbye cable platform.

The media doesn’t even cover Trump so how will the normies be hearing our side? Now we only have Twitter in terms of message representation in a national town square. This is just like watching Hollywood and big companies destroy their own business during Covid because deep state said so. Fox lost a billion with this but worth it to them. The communication blackout is a political imperative.

Twitter is the last frontier. I wouldn’t be surprised if he did he did his show there. And he should do a radio show/podcast  like Rush. They are taking radios out of future cars perhaps because they’re worried about talk radio becoming a conservative threat again.

We are under siege. We must push back, not go quietly into that cold, dark night.

Tucker posed too great a threat. So they ended him but he is no Bill O’Reilly. And this is not ten years ago. He will get even bigger now They are gonna rue the day they set in motion unintended consequences.

Could the first family be more depraved, immoral and disgusting?

Hunter Biden may be living at the White House to evade legal papers from his baby mama

Hunter Biden is believed to be hiding out at the White House while his baby mama goes on the warpath.

Lawyers for former stripper Lunden Roberts asked an Arkansas court Friday to jail the first son for failing to fork over his financial records as required in her lawsuit over support payments for their 4-year-old unacknowledged daughter, Navy.

Roberts claims Hunter, 53, is “flaunting the dignity and authority of the court” by failing to provide “one single item or word [of] discovery” and says, “This court should incarcerate the defendant in the Cleburne County Detention Center until he complies with this court’s orders.”

Roberts, 32, had to get a court-ordered paternity test to prove Navy was Hunter’s, and last year Hunter applied to have his monthly support payments reduced. 

She also has enlisted Biden nemesis Garrett Ziegler as an expert witness for the trial expected in July.

The 27-year-old former Trump adviser is founder of the nonprofit Marco Polo, which published a 644-page analysis of Hunter’s infamous laptop last year, identifying hundreds of alleged crimes.

Tracking the first son

Ziegler is being sued by Hunter’s “sugar brother,” wealthy Hollywood lawyer Kevin Morris, for alleged harassment and invasion of privacy.

Morris generously paid off Hunter’s $2.8 million IRS bill, which is part of a federal criminal investigation by the US attorney in Delaware, David Weiss, into the first son’s overseas business dealings.

Things were brought to a head last week when a career IRS criminal supervisory special agent who has been investigating Hunter for three years came forward with claims that federal prosecutors are preventing tax charges from being brought against the president’s son.

“Preferential treatment and politics [are] improperly infecting decisions” in the case, the whistleblower’s attorney, Mark Lytle, alleged in a letter to Democrats and Republicans leading various congressional committees.

Roberts’ legal maneuvers in Arkansas lend weight to the rumor in Washington, DC, that Hunter has been living at the White House with his second wife, Melissa Cohen, and their 3-year-old son, Beau, allegedly to avoid being served with legal papers.

Numerous sightings over the past six months lend credence to the idea, with Hunter and his family spotted trailing his father and the first lady onto Marine One for weekends away to Delaware or Camp David, or for longer vacations at the borrowed homes of billionaires.

Last week Hunter joined his father on a state visit to Ireland. 

Surrounded by his father’s Secret Service detail and protected by his own agents, it is difficult for a process server to get to him.

From early last year, an elaborate swing set suitable for a toddler was spotted on the White House grounds when the president ambled back to his office from Marine One.

There also may be other Biden family members shacked up in the White House on the taxpayer dime.

The New York Times reported in November, when Naomi Biden, 28, Hunter’s eldest daughter with ex-wife Kathleen Buhle, and husband Peter Neal were married on the South Lawn, that the couple “live at the White House, according to two people familiar with their living situation.”

The Executive Residence of the White House has 16 guest bedrooms and 35 bathrooms on the second and third floors, as well as a private guest kitchen. The family also can avail themselves of an in-house gym, bowling alley and private cinema.

There is plenty of room for the entire Biden clan, including the 12 immediate family members claimed by House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) this week to be profiting from foreign influence peddling.
