A lawsuit against Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon has been filed in a federal court by the MN Association of Government Accountability, several of its adult members, two minors under the age of 18, and MN State Senators Mark Koran and Calvin Bahr.

The claim, filed by Attorney Erik Kaardal, alleges that the Secretary’s unauthorized disclosures of the plaintiffs’ private information, specifically, their private driver data to third-party organizations, violates their rights under the 1994 DPA (Drivers Privacy Protection Act), 18 U.S.C. § 2721.

The DPPA was passed to better protect individuals’ personal information held by state motor vehicle authorities. The law restricts the disclosure and use of highly sensitive personal information in state motor vehicle agency databases, including Minnesota’s Department of Public Safety (DPS). Disclosure of private DPS data without a permissible purpose violates federal law.

According to the lawsuit, the Department of State violated the DPPA and has entered into an agreement with the private corporation ERIC (Electronic Registration Information Center), which obligates the state to share DPPA-protected data without a permissible purpose.

In 2014, the Minnesota legislature authorized the Secretary to enter into an agreement to share data from the statewide voter registration and data from the motor vehicle agency “in order to maintain voter registration records.” However, the private data disclosed far exceeds even what was authorized by the legislature.

Among others, the DPS data fields the Secretary’s ERIC agreement promises to disclose to ERIC include

1. Name
2. Date of birth
3. Address
4. Driver’s license or state identification card number
5. The last four digits of the Social Security number
6. Phone number
7. Email address for all registered voters and all other individuals in the DPS database.

Minn. Stat. § 201.13 allows the Secretary to enter into an agreement “in order to maintain voter registration records,” but the Minnesota legislature authorized no disclosure of private DPS data of unregistered voters to third parties, and voter registration drives are not a recognized exception in the DPPA.

Disclosure of private DPS data without a permissible purpose violates the federal DPPA law, which preempts and supersedes any state law authorizing such data sharing agreements.

No lawful reason exists to disclose this personal information to third parties.

Plaintiffs are concerned that even private data of children—those under the age of 18 who are ineligible to vote—is also being shared.

ERIC is a private nonprofit organization with a purported purpose of assisting states to improve the accuracy of voter rolls and increase access to voter registration. However, records show ERIC’s primary focus is to conduct voter registration drives.

What is ERIC?

Katy Christian Magazine explains – With the losses of both houses of Congress by Obama in 2010, the Left had to regroup, and ERIC was born. Essentially, ERIC is a huge artificial intelligence database which contains all the personal information of every citizen who has ever lived in an ERIC state. Data comes from every person who has applied for a driving license, visited a state welfare or health agency, or worked for state elections in any capacity.

That information becomes the possession of ERIC and is never made public or returned to the states. In “exchange”, ERIC gives its members four lists: who moved within the ERIC state, who moved to another ERIC state, who died, and who had been adjudicated unable to vote for reasons of felony conviction or mental incapacity. Its mandates to members, from the bylaws, were 100% about registering unregistered voters rather than cleaning rolls, despite what they say today.

Kris Jurski, the lead systems analyst from the Florida Republican Assembly has proven that ERIC’s out-of-state movers’ list actually multiplies the phantom addresses (those which are deemed “undeliverable” by the USPS) on the voter rolls by a power of 3, instead of their being removed from the voter rolls of the state from which they moved. It is these “bad addresses” which are the phantoms whose votes are added to drop boxes, or turned in to County Election Supervisors’ offices.

David Becker, the far-left founder of ERIC, recently resigned from the board after his leadership in the so-called non-partisan organization was questioned.

In 2018, while speaking in Austin, TX, Becker described ERIC as the “single most effective voter registration drive in history.”

So, who is David Becker? And why should Americans trust a third-party organization to “maintain” our voter rolls? 

David Becker is a left-leaning election law advocate and the co-founder and executive director of the Center for Election and Innovation Research (CEIR), the group Mark Zuckerberg funded in 2020 that made it easier to steal our elections in primarily urban areas across America.

In 2005, when Becker was still a trial lawyer in the Civil Rights Division, a formal complaint was made against Becker after he contacted the city of Boston offering to help defeat a lawsuit opened against them by his employer, the DOJ, for voting infractions. Brad Scholzman, acting head of the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights division at the time, stated, “It was the most unethical thing I’ve ever seen” and called Becker “a hard-core leftist” who “Couldn’t stand conservatives.” 

Hans von Spakovsky, who worked as counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, agreed with Scholzman’s characterization of Becker. “In his role with the DOJ, he was supposed to be non-partisan, but his emails uncovered in the Boston investigation revealed nasty, disparaging remarks about Republicans. Very unethical and unprofessional.”

“Secretary of State Steve Simon’s arrangement with ERIC is breaking the law. It exposes private and personally identifying information of Minnesotans to ERIC and their undisclosed contractors, subcontractors and agents. With recent Minnesota law changes that allow 16-year-olds to register to vote, we should be extra zealous in protecting the privacy of our children. Federal law specifically protects sensitive information we provide to the government when we obtain a driver’s license or state photo ID. It’s our duty to follow the law to protect our citizens. We hope the courts will act quickly and issue a temporary injunction to prevent further unlawful disclosure,” Senator Mark Koran said yesterday after the lawsuit was filed.

ERIC, and its contractors, subcontractors, and agents, claim that the DPS data they receive is authorized under the “public function” exception to the DPPA. That exception states, “For use by…any private person or entity acting on behalf of a Federal, State or local agency in carrying out its function.” However, the ERIC member agreement specifically states that ERIC is not an agent (“agent” is a legal term for one “acting on behalf of” another) for any member. Federal election law preempts state officials from conducting voter registration drives, and the federal Elections Assistance Commission (EAC) has stated state election officials cannot use federal funds for voter registration drives.

The DPPA requires states to protect all motor vehicle data from disclosure, regardless of whether the individual is registered to vote or not registered to vote. The data is private.

Attorney Erick Kaardal said, “The Secretary of State’s office is in a legally untenable position. It is violating the DPPA and its purported government function is preempted by federal law.”

It’s Been One Week and the International Red Cross Is AWOL on the Israeli Hostages Taken by Hamas

Last Saturday Hamas terrorists stormed into Israel and slaughtered over 1,300 innocent Israelis and took over 100 civilians hostage. Hamas attacked an outdoor music festival, killed nearly 300 young adults, and took dozens of the young men and women captive.

This was a clear war crime.

Since last weekend the International Red Cross has been AWOL in repeated requests to check on the well-being of the hostages.

The email sent to The Gateway Pundit read as follows:

Rabbi Pesach Wolicki called me from Israel 3 times today. For the first time in his life, he broke Shabbat, because he said it is urgent that people know it’s been a week and the international Red Cross has been AWOL on the Israeli hostages (this includes Americans).

The question is, does the International Red Cross support Hamas?

Now, any elected official who condemned Hamas needs to issue a second statement calling on the international Red Cross to do their job and call for immediate knowledge of the hostages and for their immediate release. We did a pro Israel conference at Regent with Rabbi Wolicki last year and we’re holding another this year at Regent. He is very smart, lived in the US, speaks with a full American accent, and speaks very well on media. I urge you to have him on your platforms ASAP.

I think all pressure should be on these two points:

1. “Where’s the Red Cross?” exactly as Nitsana presents it. The beauty of this is that while Hamas can ignore US calls for release, the Red Cross can’t ignore public pressure from heads of state and media.
2. Every country that condemned the Hamas atrocities must now be called upon to issue a statement demanding Hamas release all civilian hostages and bodies.

Where is the Red Cross? Since the Israeli hostages were seized by the Hamas terrorists on Saturday morning, no one knows of their conditions or whereabouts. We have no information of who was murdered and who remains alive. Authorities are not even sure of the numbers of captive involved.

The Red Cross is tasked with tracking those being held captive in times of war and ensuring they are being treated humanly and provided appropriate medical care. The Red Cross is obligated to make every effort to visit the captives and directly ensure their safe treatment and rights. They have a responsibility to report to the families, but the Red Cross is refusing to carry out its duties on behalf of the Israeli Hamas hostages. When we approached them, they said, “they weren’t active in Gaza,” but look what they tweeted just an hour later:

“During the darkest hours of our presence in Gaza, we never envisaged a scenario where 2 million civilians could possibly live through heavy bombing, deprived of water, food, electricity, and medicine.”

So the Red Cross is actually there. They are in Gaza. They’re just turning a blind eye to the plight and conditions of the Israeli hostages. We all know they are already intervening on behalf of the captured Hamas terrorists being held by Israel, and we urge the Israeli authorities not to allow this bias agency any access unless they intervene on behalf of the Israeli hostages held by Hamas. But the Red Cross has to raise its voice.

Please write to your local Red Cross and demand to know what they are doing to ensure the safety and well being of the Israeli captives. Write and call also the headquarters in Geneva. Remember, there are young Israeli children, babies, and women being killed. Please forward this video to everyone that you know.

Earlier Friday it was reported House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) re-entered the race for House Speaker again after Steve Scalise dropped out Thursday night.

Scalise dropped out of the race late Thursday night after he was unable to garner enough support for a full House vote.

Congressman Richard Hudson, chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee endorsed Jim Jordan Friday morning.

“I believe Jim Jordan is the person who should lead us. The House Republican Majority is the last best chance to stop Biden and the anti-American liberals who are dragging this country down. We must unite behind one leader with the integrity, the ability and the vision to lead us. I believe Jim Jordan is that leader and I ask my colleagues to join me now,” Hudson said in a statement.

The IDF has confirmed they conducted localized raids in the Gaza Strip with infantry and armor

Israel ratcheted up their war against Islamist terrorists on Friday.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) exclusively revealed to Fox News’ Trey Yingst that Israeli forces have stormed into Gaza with infantry and armor to conduct what they call “localized raids.” This development comes as Iran-funded Hezbollah took responsibility for targeting Israeli military posts with small-arms fire along the country’s border with Lebanon, which the Israelis responded to with artillery strikes.

Yingst notes that these actions are NOT part of the much-anticipated ground invasion. One could, however, consider this a possible precursor to the big show.

These “raids” have been conducted to clear the area of terrorists and also attempt to locate missing Israelis. These operations inside Gaza are occurring in specific locations.

As many as 150 people are believed to have been taken captive by terrorists and held in Gaza, according to Fox News.

We’re just learning this right now. The IDF tells FOX News that Israeli forces entered the Gaza Strip today, both infantry forces and tanks, to conduct “localized raids.” This was not the full scale invasion everyone was anticipating but it was an effort by Israeli military to eliminate militants along the border and also to cater information on hostages held inside the Gaza Strip.

But again, Fox News can report Israeli forces entered Gaza today to conduct “localized raids.”

Jim Hoft previously reported the Israeli Ministry of Defense and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) issued an urgent warning to the United Nations to evacuate its staff in Gaza. Moreover, they also called for the evacuation of all 1.1 million civilians of Gaza City from their homes southwards for their own safety and protection and move to the area south of the Wadi Gaza.

This is all in preparation for a full-scale invasion to wipe Hama off the map once and for all. The invasion will reportedly occur within the next 24 hours.

According to CNN, Biden will announce the locations of seven hubs to manufacture hydrogen:

• An Appalachian hub, located across West Virginia, Southeastern Ohio, and Southwestern Pennsylvania – this hub will be the one largest in terms of production and derive hydrogen from the region’s methane gas;
• A California hub that will span the state and encompassing the ports of Long Beach, Los Angeles and Oakland;
• A Houston, Texas-based hub that could eventually expand to include parts of Louisiana, which will derive hydrogen from methane gas and renewable energy;
• An Upper Midwest hub spanning Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota, which will derive hydrogen from wind energy and will be used for agriculture and power;
• A second Midwest hub will span parts of Illinois, Indiana and southwest Michigan and will be derived mostly from nuclear power;
• And a Pacific Northwest hub will span parts of Eastern Washington and Oregon as well as parts of Montana and will focus on hydrogen for freight and agriculture.

Officials said they are still determining exact locations for the hubs in each region.

A female reporter hit by Israel shilling

In a tragic turn of events, Reuters news videographer Issam Abdullah was killed on Friday while covering events in southern Lebanon.

The news agency confirmed his death in a statement, saying, “We are deeply saddened to learn that our videographer, Issam Abdallah, has been killed.”

“We are urgently seeking more information, working with authorities in the region, and supporting Issam’s family and colleagues,” Reuters said.

Issam was part of a Reuters crew that was providing a live video signal from the region. Two other journalists from Reuters sustained injuries and are seeking medical care.

The live stream was abruptly disconnected on Friday morning when it appeared that the journalists capturing the footage were struck by rocket fire. The distressing footage captured a journalist exclaiming, “What’s happened? I can’t feel my legs,” repeatedly.

Qatar’s Al Jazeera news outlet reported that two of their journalists, Carmen Joukhadar and Elie Brakhya, were also among the injured in the same attack.  Al Jazeera journalist Ali Hashem disclosed that both the Reuters and Al Jazeera crews had been part of a convoy of reporters in the border area on Friday.

“The tank shell hit them directly. It was horrible. The situation over there was, I can’t explain, I can’t describe it,” Al Jazeera correspondent Ali Hashem reported from Alma ash-Shaab.

In an X post, Hashem claimed the journalists were targeted by the Israeli armies.

“The Israeli army targeted a group of journalists including AlJazeera’s crew, a colleague from another agency was killed and two of our colleagues at Aljazeera were injured, along with several others.”

The House Oversight Committee this week revealed that five White House employees were involved in Biden’s stolen classified documents case.

Joe Biden STOLE SCIF-designated classified documents and improperly stored them at the Penn Biden Center.

Biden also stored classified documents in his garage next to his Corvette where his son Hunter had access to the sensitive materials.

Nine boxes of documents were taken from Joe Biden’s lawyer’s Boston office and we have no idea what is in those boxes because the National Archives is covering up for Biden.

Joe Biden also withheld information from the Senate Intel Committee.

Recall that it was reported that Joe Biden’s attorney first discovered “Obama-Biden administration documents in a locked closet while packing files as they prepare to close out Biden’s office in the Penn Biden Center” in November 2022.

This timeline presented by Biden’s attorney is of course a lie.

Joe Biden’s former assistant as Vice President, Kathy Chung, in April testified to the House Oversight Committee about the mishandling of classified documents by Biden since his time as Vice President.

Chung testified that White House Counsel Dana Remus tasked her with retrieving boxes of classified documents from Penn Biden Center as early as May 2022.

Joe Biden knew about his own classified documents scandal brewing long before he directed his DOJ to raid Mar-a-Lago – the timeline actually goes back to March 2021.

According to new information released by the House Oversight Committee, Joe Biden lied about the timeline. Annie Tomasini, Assistant to the President and Senior Advisor to the President and Director of Oval Office Operations, went to Penn Biden Center to take inventory of President Biden’s documents and materials on March 18, 2021.

Biden lied by omission!

“We have discovered new information about the number of White House employees involved in President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents,” the House Oversight Committee said on Wednesday.

“President Biden’s attorney stated that the discovery of classified documents at Penn Biden Center occurred on November 2, 2022.” they said.

“Our Committee has developed evidence showing the timeline of relevant events began in 2021 and involved at least five White House employees,” the Republican-led Committee said.

“President Biden and his legal team omitted months of communications, planning, and coordinating among multiple White House officials, a former VP staffer, Penn Biden Center employees, and President Biden’s personal attorneys to retrieve the boxes containing classified materials.” the Oversight said. “There is no reasonable explanation as to why this many White House employees and lawyers were so concerned with retrieving boxes they reportedly believed contained only personal documents and materials.”

“The Committee has obtained information that contradicts important details from the White House’s and President Biden’s personal attorney’s statement about the discovery of documents at Penn Biden Center, including the location and security of the classified documents,” The Oversight Committee said in a letter addressed to White House Counsel Edward Siskel.

The Committee continued,” The Committee has also learned that one of your predecessors as White House Counsel , Ms. Dana Remus, and other White House employees were central figures in the early stages of coordinating the organizing, moving, and removing of boxes that were later found to contain classified materials.”

The Oversight cited Biden’s recent two-day interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur and said Biden should be fully transparent about the timeline and discovery of classified materials.

Joe Biden’s scandal spokesman Ian Sams on Monday said Biden has spent the last two days with Special Counsel Robert Hur about his handling of stolen classified documents.

“The President has been interviewed as part of the investigation being led by Special Counsel Robert Hur. The voluntary interview was conducted at the White House over two days, Sunday and Monday, and concluded Monday. As we have said from the beginning, the President and the White House are cooperating with this investigation, and as it has been appropriate, we have provided relevant updates publicly, being as transparent as we can consistent with protecting and preserving the integrity of the investigation. We would refer other questions to the Justice Department at this time,” a statement from Ian Sams read.

The testimony from Alameda Research former CEO Caroline Ellison in Sam Bankman-Fried’s trial was apparently just as consequential as it was expected.

In her three days of testimony, Ellison made several disclosures. One of the most explosive was that Alameda Research bribed a Chinese government official to unlock $1 billion of its frozen funds.

The money was on other crypto exchanges that were connected to money laundering. To try to regain access to funds, Alameda sent a $150 million payment to the unidentified official.

At first, they tried to solve things via a lawyer, but that was ‘unsuccessful’. They also tried to use the IDs of Thai prostitutes – yes, really – to create accounts on those exchanges in a bid to get those funds back.

Finally, they resorted to the bribe.

Axios reported:

“A former Alameda trader named ‘Handi’ objected to the bribe when it was initially suggested; her father was a government official, Ellison said. When Handi became overly vocal about her concerns, SBF ‘yelled at her to shut the f**k up’, Ellison said.”

The Sam Bankman-Fried defense tried to dismantle her testimony, as she insisted that the ‘crypto bro’ was behind the misuse of billions of dollars in customer money from his FTX exchange.

The New York Times reported:

“Over about five hours of cross-examination, Mr. Bankman-Fried’s defense lawyer, Mark Cohen, questioned Ms. Ellison about her decision to cooperate with prosecutors in return for leniency. He also asked her about a document she sent to employees at Alameda Research, the crypto trading firm she ran for Mr. Bankman-Fried, which had painted a rosier picture of the firm’s finances than she had described in private.”

Ellison stood to her previous testimony that she followed orders from Mr. Bankman-Fried about letting Alameda tap into FTX customer funds.

Bankman-Fried, she also stated, knew for months that Alameda’s finances were in a precarious state.

“Ms. Ellison also said Mr. Bankman-Fried got more involved in Alameda by spring 2022 and that he decided to tap into FTX customer money to pay back lenders of the trading firm.

In one conversation on Wednesday, Danielle Sassoon, an assistant U.S. attorney, said she noticed Mr. Bankman-Fried had ‘laughed, visibly shaken his head, and scoffed’ at various points during Ms. Ellison’s testimony. Ms. Sassoon speculated it might be ‘having a visible effect on her’, according to a trial transcript.

Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, the judge presiding over the trial, said he didn’t see what Ms. Sassoon had referred to so he wouldn’t make any comments to the jury. But the judge told Mr. Bankman-Fried’s lawyers to privately tell their client that if he was making any visible expressions, he should stop.”

Ellison was followed on the stand by Christian Drappi, a software engineer who offered the ultimate inside view of the room where the infamous all-hands meeting last November, where Ellison informed her team of what had gone down.

Sitting on a beanbag chair, Ellison let her employees know there that FTX and Alameda had been inappropriately co-dependent for a long time.

For the first time, the actual audio from the meeting entered the public record.

Slate reported:

“The first clip solely featured Ellison, who kicked off the meeting by laying out the ‘basic story here’: ‘Starting last year, Alameda was kinda borrowing a bunch of money via open-term loans and using that to make various illiquid investments’ — referring to the startup investments SBF had purportedly ordered to be carried out with customer money. Between the extant loans, the announcement from Binance (which had dropped its FTX bid earlier in the day), and the still-smarting crypto crash from earlier in the year, FTX was ‘not going to be able to meet, like, the withdrawal pressure’ that it now faced as worried clients begged for their money back.

[…] The second clip featured Christian Drappi himself, asking his boss whether FTX/Alameda planned to pay off those obligations. Ellison likewise didn’t sound too confident here, stating that this problem had lingered for a while, thanks to the Alameda lenders who’d begun recalling their loans in the summer. ‘Our plan to wait for several months and for market environments to improve did not work out’, Ellison responded in part, giggling afterward.

The third clip also featured Drappi, talking through his understanding of the complex situation. ‘The biggest factor is the loan we have in FTX’, he reasoned, also realizing that, thanks to its special privileges with the sister exchange, Alameda hadn’t put up any substantive collateral, as a typical customer would have to. ‘That seems pretty bad’.

The fourth clip consisted of Ellison getting into more nitty-gritty deets. ‘Our loan from FTX was used to repay’ Alameda’s other lenders, she expounded, and was ‘used mostly to buy illiquid assets’. […] Ellison giggled while delivering this verbal accounting, which, Drappi clarified, he understood from his personal experience with Ellison to be ‘nervous laughter’.”

In the fifth clip, Ellison acknowledged that she had talked about [the investments] with SBF.

Finally, in the sixth clip, Ellison told a colleague that it’d been Sam who’d approved all the poor investments.

Khaled Mashal, the former leader and founding member of Hamas, called for a global Muslim uprising in support of Palestine. During a recent address posted on Youtube, Mashal emphasized the need for Muslims to sacrifice and carry Jihad, including the willingness to offer their blood and souls to advance the Palestinian cause.

Mashal has proclaimed the coming Friday the 13th as “the Friday of Al-Aqsa flood,” urging Muslims worldwide to display their anger not just in Muslim countries but also in diaspora communities around the world.

This was nothing short of an undisguised call for international unrest. Given the volatility of the situation in Gaza and the broader Middle East, these words should not be taken lightly.

Several of the cowardly protesters covered their faces during the march.

A 50-year-old Israeli man employed at the Israeli Embassy in Beijing was stabbed in front of a supermarket on Friday, Times of Israel reported.

The Beijing police have arrested a 53-year-old foreign man in connection with the attack. The Israeli Foreign Ministry confirmed that the victim is a family member of an Israeli diplomat and is currently in stable condition at a hospital.

“An Israeli employee at the Israeli embassy in Beijing was attacked today (not in the embassy compound area),” according to the statement released by the Israeli government to the media.

“The employee is being treated in a hospital and is in a stable condition. The background to the attack is being investigated,” it continued.

A video circulating on social media, verified by AFP, shows a man brandishing a knife and repeatedly stabbing another individual. The footage was geolocated to an area approximately 1 mile from the Israeli Embassy. The assailant is later seen leaving the scene with the weapon still in hand.

Nicholas Burns, the U.S. Ambassador to China, expressed his shock over the attack on an Israeli diplomat in Beijing in a message posted on the social media platform X.

That organization explained, “Mahmoud Al-Shajrawi of the Palestine Scholars Association in the Diaspora said on an October 9, 2023 show on Al-Quds Al-Youm TV (Palestinian Islamic Jihad – Gaza) that his organization issued a ‘wonderful’ fatwa stating that it is permissible to kill Israelis wherever they may be, whether it is in the West Bank, within Israel’s 1948 border, or in the Arab countries that have normalized relations with Israel.”

His comments, translated, were, “A wonderful fatwa was issued by the Palestine Scholars Association in the Diaspora yesterday. The fatwa permits killing Israelis wherever they may be – in Palestine, in the West Bank, inside the 1948 [borders], or outside Palestine, even in [Arab] countries that normalized their relations [with Israel], that a large number of so-called ‘Israeli tourists’ visit. Most of them are soldiers or conscripts in the occupation army, and when they return [to Israel], they take part in killing us and our sons.”

At the Geller Report was the comment, “Islamic Jew hatred is a central tenet of Islam and the root cause of the war against the Jewish State.”

The comments come just as Israel is gearing up to respond to an all-out war assault on its innocent civilians last weekend, in which more than 1,000 were murdered in depraved attacks that included the beheading of babies.

Israeli officials have now promised that not one Hamas militant will remain after its response concludes.

Here are the shocking videos from the Peace Party and rave before, during, and after the deadly Hamas attack.

Video was posted before the Hamas terrorists opened fire on the peace festival near the Israeli border with Gaza.

The music was so loud that the young Israelis and foreigners likely had no idea that Hamas had breached the border and was about to attack the concert killing numerous young adults.

There were HUNDREDS of young adults at the concert.

If you look closely you can see Hamas terrorists flying in the sky in the background approaching the concert!

When Hamas attacked the party, the youths were obviously surprised and ran for their lives to their vehicles and out into the desert.

Many concertgoers ran into the field and into the desert and hid for hours until Hamas had cleared the area.

The survivors spoke about how they witnessed bodies along the road murdered by Hamas.

This young woman, Noa was captured by Hamas along with several others. She is still missing.

Noa was partying in the south of Israel in a peace music festival when Hams terrorists kidnapped her and dragged her from Israel into Gaza.

Israeli partygoers spoke with the BBC on Saturday after they escaped the Hamas concert attack.

The first woman in the video below says she was the first one to leave the field where she was hiding three hours after the attack. She saw many young people murdered in the road.

The next man in the video says there were bodies left and right outside the car. Hamas terrorists pulled people from the vehicle and gunned them down.

This was the same concert where German citizen Shani Louk was murdered and then Hamas killers tossed her body in the back of a pickup and brought her to Gaza where they chanted “Allahu Akbar!”

We are living in momentous days, in which much of what has been hidden is getting dragged over to the light. Yesterday’s secrets are becoming today’s disclosures.

And the art world isn’t any different. Now, it surfaces that the graffiti artist known to the world as Banksy may be unmasked in an upcoming UK court defamation case.

The lawsuit was prompted by Banksy’s use of Instagram to invite shoplifters to go to a Guess store and loot it, since it had used his imagery without permission.

The case could end up forcing Banksy to relinquish his anonymity, which has been central to his success.

The Conversation reported:

“There has been much speculation as to the identity of the artist and he is believed by many to be Bristol’s Robin Gunningham, who was named as a co-defendant in the defamation suit. While it has not been confirmed that Banksy is Gunningham, pointing this out is in no way a revelation. Moreover, trying to find out Banksy’s identity ultimately does not matter.”

There have been several investigations into the artist’s identity, but no one has been able to link Gunningham definitely to Banksy.

“Short of Gunningham’s admission, complete certainty is unlikely. But if Banksy’s identity is revealed, police forces around the world could bring vandalism, property destruction, criminal mischief or worse charges against the individual. Gunningham revealing himself would also destroy the Banksy mystique.”

There was once an artist named Banksy, with a graffiti career and a famous ‘beef’ with London graffiti legend Robbo.

“Banksy is now a collective of artists who work together to produce thoughtful, provocative and subversive pieces and installations. The scope and secrecy of Banksy’s larger works require the cooperation of many individuals to orchestrate, direct and produce them.

[…] Investigators believe that the collective includes many well-known and established artists. Bristol street artist John D’oh is among those rumoured to be involved, as is graffiti and street artist James AME72 Ame and perhaps even Massive Attack singer Robert Del Naja, among others. This is speculation. And again, this doesn’t matter.”

In 2021, Banksy’s trademark was rejected by the EU. The decision uses Banksy’s own words: ‘The public is morally and legally free to reproduce, amend and otherwise use any copyright works forced upon them by third parties’.

Banksy also famously said that ‘copyright is for losers’.

In 2019, the mysterious artist officially revealed the ‘homewares’ brand Gross Domestic Product.

Banksy has a cohort of trusted art dealers for official ‘Banskys’, and an authentication service called Pest Control to verify the provenance of artwork.

“So, what’s the point of all this? Well, Banksy was an individual street artist at one point. This was probably Robin Gunningham. However, Banksy is now a collective of artists who work under the Banksy brand to produce the works that the Banksy authentication service, Pest Control, officially decrees as Banksys. Banksy is also a team of lawyers, art dealers and curators who ensure that only works officially associated with the Banksy brand get the certified Banksy seal of approval.”

Having a team of lawyers verifying real Banksys ‘doesn’t do much for your street cred’.

The Standard reported:

“The legendary graffiti artist is being sued by a company run by Andrew Gallagher over a November 2022 social media post featuring an image of Banksy’s ‘Flower Bomber’ work in the Regent Street shop window.

The Instagram post was accompanied by the caption: ‘Alerting all shoplifters. Please go to GUESS on Regent Street. They’ve helped themselves to my artwork without asking, how can it be wrong for you to do the same to their clothes?’”

In a filing at the High Court, lawyers say they may seek for the graffiti artist to be unmasked during the legal case.

“’His true identity has not been disclosed to the public but he carries on his public activities under the pseudonym Banksy’, they state. ‘The claimant reserves the right to seek an order that he identifies himself for the purposes of these proceedings’.”

Banksy and his company Pest Control Office Limited are being sued for £1,357,086 ($1,651,356) in losses, claiming the Instagram post caused ‘serious harm’ and ‘serious financial loss’.

 “Following the publication of the post, a crowd of people appeared outside the GUESS store on Regent Street, London, creating a disturbance within and outside the store and causing the store to be closed to the public.”

In a shocking incident, a teacher was brutally stabbed to death, while two others sustained serious injuries, when a knife-wielding assailant launched an attack at City School Gambetta-Carnot in Arras, northern France, as The Gateway Pundit reported earlier.

The assailant, identified as Mohammed Mogouchkov, reportedly shouted “Allahu Akbar” during the assault. The suspect, a 20-year-old former pupil of the school, of Chechen origin, had been previously flagged by authorities and placed on a terror watch list, the Telegraph reported.

The tragic incident unfolded on Friday morning, prompting a swift response from the police. Dominique Bernard, a French literature teacher, tragically lost his life, while a sports teacher and a security guard were injured. Fortunately, no students were harmed during the attack. The suspect’s brother was also apprehended near another school, but no weapon was found in his possession, France news outlet Le Figaro reported.

Disturbing footage circulating on social media captured the assailant in the school playground, with several individuals attempting to subdue him.

Martin Doussaut, a philosophy teacher, managed to escape unharmed after being pursued by the attacker and seeking refuge in a locked room.

Eyewitnesses reported receiving a video of the suspect entering the school shortly before the attack occurred. As the stabbings unfolded, students were confined to their classrooms for safety.

Sliman Hamzi, one of the first police officers to arrive at the scene, recounted that the suspected attacker shouted “Allahu Akbar” during the assault. Hamzi was alerted by another officer passing by the high school, who urgently reported the knife attack.

French union leader Sophie Vénétitay praised the slain teacher for sacrificing his life to protect the students. She also expressed concern for the critically injured security guard, emphasizing the dedication of educators to both teaching and safeguarding their pupils.

French President Emmanuel Macron visited the scene in Arras, while parliamentary proceedings were temporarily suspended. Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin confirmed the arrest of the perpetrator and stated that a police operation was underway at the school.

As the investigation continues, the city of Arras has decided to suspend all events until further notice, reflecting the gravity of the situation and the need for heightened vigilance.

The incident comes after the former Hamas leader called a global day of Jihad on Friday the 13th.
